Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

Went in tonight and the women behind the counter was cleaning the glass as i watched particles from the glads drop into the bacon container and pepperoni and she just ignored me finally she decided to take my order didn't wash her hands just gloved up taking my bread out and slicing it right next to the bottle of degreaser still on the line... Okay lady cones out from back to help a previous customer waiting in meatballs grabs the bottle off the counter and gloves up no hand washing....right the lady helping me puts mine in to get toasted takes her gloves off grabs a napkin and starts cleaning the counter in the 30 seconds it takes to toast. Once the timer goes off she leaves the napkin on the counter places my sandwich next to the dirty napkin i wanted lettuce however one bin is almost empty so she scrapes it clean to add to my sub while there was a whole other bin full all she had to do was unwrap it but its cool i a sub that's been cross contaminated with extra light lettuce thanks subway waste...

Love subway and their food, but I absolutely despise this location and the horrible choice of employees. I walked in and this lady had 3 Togo orders that printed as I walked in, and in my experience from working in the fast food/food service industry, the ones there to pay NOW are the ones you help first, not an order that is due to be picked up in 15-30 min. That would actually benefits both parties in this instance. She did not greet me as I walked in, I stood there for almost 7 minutes with no eye contact or verbal acknowledgement.

Lately this location seems to almost always be out of something popular. I’m not sure if it’s lack of preparation prior, inability to properly order inventory, or what. Regardless, I’ll spend the extra few minutes and dollar in gas to go to the one on state line by the QT because they always have inventory and always have a...

One of the worst subways I have ever come across.

First time I ordered my sandwitch I ordered a spicy Italian. It came with only pepperoni and not one tipping I ordered, but it was filled with every topping I didn't ask for. I went back in and was nice and figured it was just a mess up. They made me a new sandwitch correctly. The next two times I ordered from there both sandwiches I had gotten where completely wrong again. This last experience is the worst though. I get the spicy Italian. And it has all the meat but is soaked in southwest sauce. There is nothing else that comes to mind that it has to be a joke to see how bad you can mess a sandwitch up. Because I literally would have to try so hard to mess up a spicy Italian with lettuce, pickles and mustard. I would have to go out of my way...
