If I could leave zero stars I would I regret that I have to finally take it as far as leaving a bad review because every time I come here, the hard shells are expired stale and old you can freaking smell it I’ve had food replaced at least 4 times not to mention one manager, shift lead, supervisor whoever it was admitted she told staff to throw away some old food and they still served it causing me return this was a prior issue to why I’m writing this review The fact that it’s brand new and I’ve only had bad things to say I’ve been to Tacobell’s all over the metro, my favorite being the one up north Never have I ever experience such consistently bad experiences from Tacobell and I’ve Only had good customer service from one window employee. The rest are either on their phones, irritated or just lack customer service skills and sad to say it’s the ones who appear to be thirty and up. Read moreI will edit my review bc management and the employees at the restaurant this evening were a HUGE help!! I realized they still had my card and went up there. It was in their safe, they had no problem refunding me for what the other charged my card that was not my order so I was greatly appreciative. Not all their employees are bad! Unfortunately I got a couple bad ones that night. So they def redeemed themselves! Thank u!
Worst employees. The young girl taking orders kept having me repeat everything I said and when we got up to the window realized it’s bc she was on her phone. Then the young man taking my card was snarky and rude and when I checked my bank acct they double charged me. I will be disputing with my bank. I even told my daughter as we pulled away we will never come back to this location and they seem like the type to do something...
Read moreI am a Rewards member and had a free taco for 30 days. I chose this location, it's close & new. The employees seemed to get annoyed that I got this free taco repeatedly. I would usually order extra food and repeatedly I didn't get my full order OR it was sub-standard. Please look at order #918155, 10/30/23 at 9:42pm. Ordered 2 of the new steak & bacon, paid extra for more steak & potatoes. Plus ordered my free taco. One steak & potato had NO potatoes or sour cream. The other was huge, so yes I got One with extra steak/potatoes. The free taco, I ordered the same taco for the 30 day reward. The nacho cheese taco supreme, Again there is no sour cream, Along with no taco sauces. That's another they kept doing - I say 4 taco sauces and Get None. This happened many times also.
