Visited this establishment last Thursday. Ordered a Steak Power Menu Bowl with extra cheese, ranch sauce and guacamole. Drove all the way home, which isn't close. Had my mouth all ready and opened the bowl and it wasn't correct. It was chicken instead without my extras added in.
I jumped in my truck drove ALL the way back over to the restaurant. Instead of the drive thru, this time I went inside. Upon entering I noticed the inside was not well kept at all. The drive thru person turned around and kind of gave this wave with his hand like he couldn't be bothered. I stated to him that I was needing to speak to the manager. Another sweet young lady called the manager over. She was the ONLY bright spot in this entire experience.
I told the manager what I'd ordered and took the product out of the bag to show her what I got. She very nonchalantly looked at me like "What's the problem?" Which let me know she wasn't listening which obviously happened the first time because I didn't receive an accurate order to begin with. I had to explain to her again the issue. She remade the bowl personally and just offered a very dry and emotionless "sorry".
You know I realize that the service industry is suffering and they're probably overworked, underpaid and unappreciated - so I let her attitude slide and took my food and walked out. Here's my final straw and what really infuriated me was when I got home the second time and the order was STILL incorrect. It didn't contain all the ingredients that are supposed to be in a Power Menu Bowl. Needless to say, I was DONE!!!
It is painfully apparent that this store doesn't care AT ALL about customer service and accuracy of orders and its stemming from the top down. Absolutely ridiculous experience and very disappointing that after two visits to this store I STILL didn't get what I...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is a joke. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time going here if you don't want to go through the drive-thru. I live close, so I'll walk there sometimes and it's a 75/25 chance the doors will be locked. Well, today, at 12:20pm on a Saturday (which is an absolutely normal business hour), I decide to take a chance and the first door I try is locked, so I go to the other one and it's unlocked, nice (now I know that was probably because a worker went outside to smoke or something and forgot to lock back up). I walk in and up to the kiosk to order a couple burritos and am told "I'm sorry sir, our lobby is actually closed". I ask what the difference is between me ordering in the store and another car driving through the drive-thru and, literally verbatim, the lady repeats "because there are only two people working, because there are only two people working, because there are only two people working". Then she tells me, sarcastically, to have a good day, when I'm obviously upset and got no actual resolution. Thanks. This store needs to be closed down if it doesn't make enough money to pay more employees OR they need better management that doesn't allow such wishy washy service. I work retail and have had plenty of fast food jobs that would have never have allowed employees to just decide when the lobby is open and when it's not. I don't even blame the lady I talked to if her working conditions are that bad, but it was literally a joke. I will never go back to...
Read moreThis Taco Bell just makes the ones on Bannister and Chipman Road look even worse. Which is frankly hard to do. But, THIS one is a GOOD Taco Bell. Food is consistently quick and correct. I've eaten there a dozen times the last few years. Never had a mistake on the order, never had a mumbler/whisperer taking the orders (looking at YOU, Bannister Taco Bell!!!!), never had a long wait (hear that, Chipman Road Taco Bell???). Never even had a flat drink. It's Taco Bell, nothing special, but it's got competent workers and it shows. It's worth the extra drive to get there rather than the one near my house because, in all honesty? I'll spend 10 or more minutes in line at the other one, so any time saved on driving is lost in waiting. If you hate your intestines enough to order Taco Bell, this is the one to go to. My husband thought it would be nice to go to the one closer to the house despite my strong suggestion that we go to the one on State Line/103rd...and...next time he'll listen. State Line and 103rd Taco Bell is the one to pick when Taco Bell summons you. Chipman is where you send someone you hate to get Taco Bell, Bannister is where you send someone as a prank, 103rd is where you send them to...
