Cool Atmosphere, music was good, waiter seemed to be nice but it should not take us 1.5 hrs to get our food!! It was pretty light when we arrived. We ordered 2 wings and cabbage plates and chicken Alfredo @10:46 (I know because I got a phone call while we were ordering). Waitress brought our drinks to us (which I couldn’t drink because I needed to eat) and she disappeared for a while. 12:22 she came to the table, apologized and said here’s to two wing plates. The chef won’t make the Alfredo…. WHAT??? We’ve been waiting this long and you tell us that the chef won’t make it??? How does that work?? She then tells us that the chef is celebrating her bday and partying, would we like to order something else. We are extremely irritated. My cousin says well I have to eat something… I can’t wait another 2 hours… She said I can have wings ready in 15min. 12:55 hits I find her and advise that we are leaving. Now our entire night is blown! It’s hard to vibe when you’ve been waiting so long for your food. Can’t drink cause your food hasn’t arrived. At this point, the music doesn’t matter. It would have been better other than ok on 1/28 22 but the customer service at the front door was terrible. Common courtesy if someone HANDS you $$ your state ID but DO NOT hand it back too you makes me feel some kind of way but the kicker was the lady assisting the door asked me "WHAT DUD YOU SAY ABOUT KC, and like a grown woman I repeated the above....she then looked at me with a friend and WATCHED ME, MY SISTER AND MY COUSIN. When we were leaving that same woman at that door assisting took it upon herself to tell my cousin "Tell your friends it's $5 to come back in" however I was just coming through when my cousin said "friends?" No you tell my cousins yourself. It was my sister bday and I flown in from Colorado. I feel more bartenders is needed as folks were overlooked and also the waitress was nice but we noticed how the prices went up for the same drink.....not bad but my experience could have been a little better, food not bad, grown folks music until the end at 53yo I wasn't ready for the late shenanigans cause they got a little rachet at the end. It was time...

So far, gotta give it a 1. Came on a Monday night @1030pm. Was supposed to be open Mic. Nope. The music was Soooo loud the door man had to wear the sound reduce ear protection (the ones u wear at a gun range!!!) So loud you couldn't even ask a question . The lady had to come OUTSIDE TO HEAR ME and tell me the kitchen was already closed!!!! ,(Places closes at 12am. So 1030pm is too early to shut down the kitchen especially if you fail to mention that on your website). I didn't go past the counter. It was a $10 entry fee. For WHAT? No food. Can't have a conversation. No spoken word/open mic. $5 re-entry fee! Not cool. Security was standing outside the door smoking like chimneys. Can't even breathe. Not cool. The reviews looked good. Hotel recommended saying it was a nice restaurant with an adult atmosphere. Maybe on a different day but today? No. More like dance club. At least the music/dj seemed good. But even if you wanted to go with friends or a date, guess what? You will not be having a conversation! Music is waaaayyyy too loud...
