Went to a Christmas event Saturday evening and it appears that the staff was highly unprepared. Tickets said the show would begin at 6, we arrived at 5:30 only to see a line of people standing at the door. At 6, someone finally announced that we would be seated as soon as they get the ticket scanner that was across the street at the museum. There were elderly people also standing in line and not once did any staff member offer them a chair. We were finally allowed to enter the auditorium after 7. There still wasn’t a ticket scanner, they just looked at our phones. This was the most unorganized event, highly disappointed and slightly discouraged from attending the gem theater again....

My mother and I, attended the candlelight event at the gem theater. It was not as advertised. We dressed up formerly for an event that was quite below the class level portrayed in all of the advertisements. And it was actually laughable. The event was corny in nature and not traditional to that of a classical music concert. The venue itself, isn't much to see either. We informed fever that despite charging us "for a photo" the photo never happened and fever wouldn't give back our money. They instead told us to "go to the venue to get your refund". We of course will not ever be coming here again. We will be disputing the charges...
