Their food is Excellent! I am particularly fond of their brisket fries! It is enormously satisfying and taste so good. The reason for the 3 *'s is simply the inconsistent pricing. (Long Story, Long) Today was no exception, previously I have walked in to order and the price on the menu is $8 which is phenomenal! However I was charged $9+ tax, when I brought up the price difference I was told the price is $9 & the menu needs to be updated. With little push-back the menu price was honored. My next visit the same issue, I brought up the price difference (menu still wasn't updated) and the price was NOT honored. Fine. $9 still isn't bad, it's a lot of food. Today I called in my order and just knew the price was $9 bc, previous visits and that's what I was told over the phone, $9. I get to the window and my total is $10.84. Curious I ask, "almost $2 tax?" And was told that's just what the computer says the price is. MA'AM YALL TOLD ME $9 ON THE PHONE? Bottom line I would be willing to pay about $12 for that item bc it is so good and it is a lot of food. But I would insist that they are consistent with their prices and honor what they tell the guest over the phone or...

As an African American I am told all the time to support black owned businesses. This is why I have a hard time sometimes. I walk in greeted instantly by a young lady. And another who was to take my order, they were both friendly, the young lady with the red hair, nose was running and she was placing her own order with another restaurant, apparently the person she was talking to was giving her attitude, I continued to wait she said I can take your order in between checking the woman on the phone. I waited so long I changed my mind and order. She apologized for the interruption but it should not have happened, as it's a business and she is upfront having the conversation. The other young lady fixed the beef Philly exactly as I wanted and it was excellent(she looked & acted professional). I received fries that were old and fresh. Not good as they are my favorite part of my meal. The place was clean for the most part. They also allow other people to advertise or pick up business cards, good idea but sprawling them on a counter top looks junky. Why is it that people don't want to provide the same service to...

I was in Kansas for a work trip and on the last day of the trip I had an Uber driver Uncle Mike taking me to the KC airport. I had about 4hrs before my flight left and he told us about this spot!!! I have to say that this place was by fair one of the best places I went to on my trip. The burger was great(it was actually a real burger)! The 6 piece honey hot bbq was fire!! I thought we had the best honey hot in FL but not even close. Whoever created this sauce I personally thank you.

The manager was great. She okay good music, R&B vibes!!! She let us bring our luggage in and hang out! She kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable!!!

Let’s not forget about the Velvet Frozen Daiquiris next door!!!!! They have multiple options with different liquors. I got both my drinks topped off with Hennessy & both drinks were great!!!
