The Prospect — Restaurant in Kansas City

Just had lunch at The Spot and it was One of the best lunches I have had since moving to KC! I ordered the Something Green salad with a side of potato wedges and a pesto croissant pastry from the bakery. I also had a Mango Mama iced drink. The salad was so fresh, the perfect mix of greens, crunch and fresh strawberries. The potatoes were super soft on the inside and super crunchy on the outside. The pastry was baked to perfection, flaky and full of flavor. The drink was full of flavor but not too sweet. It was all so perfect. I got all of this for under $20! This is one of the best "bang for the buck" food values in the city. The food is excellent and the service is exceptional. It's wonderful to have The Spot in this community! Seamless connection to the new Vine Street Brewery next door and the cherry on top is live entertainment...

Why do businesses gotta be like this!? I show up at 9am on a Monday to a locked door and no one answering the phone. Then randomly at 917am I see someone walk out the door. I don't know what's going on here...
