The Velvet Freeze Daiquiris — Restaurant in Kansas City

I give the drinks and DJ 5stars, the manager and her staff however, barely receive 2. Just this past weekend I was on Vine and after an event ended at 6pm I decided I wanted to check out the velvet freeze, why did I do that? I walked up on the manager being so nasty to a customer. She eventually threw and entire slushy drink into the car on the customers who was driving away. She hit the woman's vehicle etc. I was completely floored. I love this place. I will be looking for a different location due to the hood rats that hang in and around this place. It's to busy and everyone want to bump into everyone with attitudes. Everytime I'm here I feel like I'm about to fight. You don't know where the links is. To crowded and to small. To many wigs present. So many people there the lady never gets my drink right. I went with my sister to have lunch. The food side is called Smaxx. I don't drink but my sister ordered a daiquiri and she liked it. It was pretty quiet as it was early in the afternoon. We ordered chicken wings and fries. All of the food items are a la carte. Our orders were freshly cooked. The staff was friendly. This place has a old-time feel that reminds you of the 70's.
