Cameron (a manager I guess?) argued with us when we asked for a refund. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 cheeseburgers. The rude man at the first window got one of the drinks wrong (tasted it while waiting on 2 basic cheeseburgers)
The drive thru took almost 20 minutes and nothing was ready when we got to the window. We just asked for refund and wanted to get home. We didn’t wanna wait any longer for 2 basic cheeseburgers; Cameron argued “if you were only waiting for cheeseburgers then what is this?!”
We tried to give the INCORRECT drinks back, and Cameron said they couldn’t take it through the window (okay understandable for health reasons). But then ONLY REFUNDED the 2 cheeseburgers. Our drink was wrong and you refused to take it through the window? WTH? My older mom went in and brought the drinks and Cameron STILL argued and said “yall were drinking them”….we took 1 literally sip and noticed it was wrong.
Tons of frustrated patrons inside and having to pull in a spot through the drive through. There are 100 spots better than this around the area, AND a hundred McDonald’s that can at least meet a minimum standard of “accurate and quick.”
Cameron can promptly go work in the kitchen if they can’t act somewhat decently with customers in the front of the house (it’s McDonald’s so the bar is already low). We had been traveling and got tired of waiting and wanted nothing for free, but Cameron wanted to argue TWICE. All of the staff looked clueless, so I’m sure they were getting their butt handed to them with the rush, but that’s not on me. We simply got tired of waiting and didn’t wanna wait...
Read moreThis McDonald’s is terrible. It’s a convenient location so we continue to go back but time after time they are unprofessional and mess up orders. Around Christmas time they had free cookies as a promotion on the app, so I went and ordered food and cookies. When the guy scanned the app he said “how many free cookies?” I said, idk, I guess 3 since there are 3 of us. He said “no, it’s only for one “ I was like okay, the app says “cookies” plural. Every time we go to get ice cream, if it’s after 7pm, they say their ice cream machine isn’t working. This has happened to us at least 10 times since quarantine started. Yesterday they scanned my app, didn’t give me the discount. Gave me sweet tea instead of iced water, and messed up the iced coffee. I never usually complain. People don’t deserve to be yelled at but I’m sorry y’all, we’ve had bad service at this location WAYYYYY TOO MANNY TIMES. This morning I was going to run in and place my order to make sure they got it right. I walked in, three workers at the counter, door unlocked. 9:53am. The guys says, “ma’am we’re closed. “ I stood there like...... what???! One of the other workers laughed and someone was fixing food in the back. It’s a Saturday. Read moreI should have read the reviews first as they would have deterred me from going here and saved me a few dollars. Stopped by the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered one bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo with nothing upgraded and no additional cost beyond the regular combo price. Confirmed the amount on the screen and it was correct. Waited to arrive at the first window for at least 4-5 minutes (seemed like there was an issue with the vehicle in front of me). Pulled up at the first window and gave my card, the person was kind and a little too talkative which distracted me from checking my receipt or reconfirming the amount. Food was ready at the second window when I pulled up so no wait there. Ate my food on the road, and it was hot and fresh, no complaints there.
The issue came two days later when I checked my bank account and saw a $9.50 Mc Donald’s charge! There is no way I would have purchased a breakfast biscuit combo for $9.50 had that price popped up on the screen. I had of course thrown the bag & receipt away by then so I have no idea what they charged me for or if they added their own tip or what. Either way it’s dishonest and I will not patronize this establishment again. My advice is to double check the amount when you get to the window, pay cash, and always check your receipt!
