I have been to Rancho La Cumbre several times now, and I can say that I always have a pleasant experience. The staff and the owners are excellent at taking care of customers, and always do it with a smile. I have tried a few of their dishes and everything has been delicious. I already have my favorites. Prices are very affordable, and the portions are very generous. I love the Hamburguesa La Cumbre, it comes with fries and a brioche bun; all the sauces they put on the burger are homemade and make it extra tasty. I also love the Salchipapa La Cumbre, which is a variety of sliced hot dogs, shredded beef and chicken, fries, pieces of maduro and rib; they finish it by pouring melted white cheese on top. This dish is a must if you visit Rancho La Cumbre. Some other dishes I’ve tried that are equally delicious are the Cachapa, which is a semi sweet corn topped with melted cheese and queso fresco. The Mazorcada La Cumbre, which is a mixture of corn, cheese, bacon, shredded beef and chicken, potato chips crumbs and lettuce. If you are craving soup, the Caldo de Costilla (Rib soup) and Chicken Soup are out of this world. Also, have I mentioned they have a lunch special? As for drinks they have frozen margaritas made with fresh ingredients, and a full bar! I’ll continue to try other dishes on their menu because at this point, I’m obsessed with their food and variety. Honestly, you won’t be disappointed no matter what you order.

Rancho La Cumbre Latin Food is a true hidden gem. I ordered the grilled chicken, and it was absolutely excellent—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My wife went with a chicken arepa, which had the perfect texture and authentic taste, and we also shared a churrasco that was grilled to perfection—tender, smoky, and full of flavor. I paired my meal with a natural lulo juice, and it was refreshing and authentic, just like you’d find in South America. The restaurant itself is small, kind of a hole-in-the-wall, but with great presence and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re dining at a true South American spot. If you’re looking for authentic Latin food packed with flavor, Rancho La Cumbre is a must-visit.

A friend recommended the place and we were very pleased with everything ; we had chicken Empanadas (lots of chicken), Arepa de choclo (sweet corn patty stuffed with cheese and crema) no picture because we finished it at once! , bandeja Paisa (elevated) ; arepa rellena de pollo y otra de carne ( stuffed corn patties one with shredded beef another with chicken) both had a yummi sauce , crunched chips and quilts egg. Also had to take home a hot dog (colombian style). All flavors were elevated compared to what you find elsewhere, it was refreshing and exciting to try and we will be back to go around the impressive menu.

Yesterday, on the recommendation of a personal friend, I went to eat with my family at night. The restaurant was very nice and its atmosphere is pleasant. I enjoyed the karaoke. Everything was very good until we decided to order. We began to order and a tall waitress, of thick build, with brushed skin took our order, but her attitude was small, attentive and arrogant. We ordered drinks that are not as complex as natural juices and sodas. But they were a little late. When ordering the food, the girl who was helping us with the service did not know what the dish was carrying and what it can be accompanied by. Regardless of the inconvenience, we were able to order, but we waited too long for our food. In other places, despite being busy, they are always waiting and minimize the wait, but our waitress was absent. The attitude and arrogance of this waitress were very rude. My wife was very upset by the bad time and the bad service. When you go to eat, expect the service to be of quality. The food was good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff, specifically this waitress, is not trained to provide a quality service. It's no use having a cozy atmosphere and good food if your service is not up to par. I also felt obliged to leave a tip for the low quality service and my wife decided not to leave a tip. I would like to go back to this restaurant, but with this service from this waitress I prefer to look for...

Amazing!! I pulled in to go to Starbucks, however, I was, instead, sucked in, as if Rancho LA Cumbre had Jupiter's Gravitational pull. I wore my hair down, all black clothes to look like a loner misfit. Was I positioned as such, NEGATIVE. I was met with lovely, smiling, family faces. Not the facade you get from other places. But the kind of welcoming atmosphere that gives courage to try new things, become friends with a stranger, open up on a basic level of humanity that has escape our present reality.

I didn't know what to order, as I've never had COLOMBIAN FOOD. Not a problem though, I was allowed to look at the menu long enough for the staff to know I had no idea what to get. Gently, friendly, and with perfect timing. A gentleman, asked if I was looking for something particular.

I was honest and he pointed me to THE COLOMBIAN BOWL.

WOOOOOWWWWWZAAAA!!

Ok, of course the food was thought to be good. Goodness gracious and mercy ME!!! I HAD NO IDEA how much flavor was gonna be. This tackled everything a meal should, it looked great, smelled great, tasted great, filled me up and was Priced more than reasonable.

I'm just a man, even more basic, a human. I've given my opinion. But we all know what opinions are like and every body has one.

TRY IT YOURSELF. TREAT YOURSELF.

FALL IN LOVE WITH RANCHO LA CUMBRE

Perfect name for What is the Summit of family, flavor, and...
