My wife just left this store and told me that the lady behind the register added a 20% tip to the ticket without her knowing when she wasn't looking. I'm out of town but bet your ass up coming up there tomorrow. Adding a tip without somebody's knowledge is theft this is criminal. Can you imagine how many times this person does this a day to unsuspecting people.

Every time I go to a restaurant I am not expecting to be treated like a king honestly however every time I go to this place I try to be really nice with the lady and I try to make myself clear but she just ignores me sometimes or she just stares at me like and she acts like I’m not even there
I also placed the other day an online order and when I went to the restaurant and I talk to her about my order she said that she didn’t see it and after that, she turned around and didn’t talk to me anymore (and yes, I did show her my receipt and all the information on my phone)
I would understand a little bit of all this if the restaurant was at least really busy but I wasn’t the case because most of the times I am the only customer, actually it has been never the case because I have eaten here at least five times and it is always the same story with this lady. To be honest I have no idea why she still works here because I have seen multiple bad reviews about the same person over the years and unlucky for me every time I go to this restaurant, she is working

Read moreUpdate to today 08/03/2023 horrible place worse customer service. They said they never received my order in the system which I understand can happen. But they refused to make my sandwich even after I showed them the proof of my order and the deduction from my bank. The young lady in the front and the other lady making the sandwiches BOTH stated it was not their problem and they can not do anything about. I showed them there was no way to cancel my order online. Their words discuss that with your bank not my problem. I can’t help you. Believe me I tried being very professional and not lose my temper. But this has to be the worst customer service ever. They said their manager went to the bank and then said the manager had a drs visit!!!! I hate to be one of those people but I have never ever ever had someone state that.
