Horrible! I've come here several times and they are always out of stuff. I'm talking about 8 something in the morning. I went today and asked for a sausage egg and cheese Kolache. She told me that they only had 1. I asked if they make many and she said No because they don't sell. Why is it being advertised as I'd they have them all the time. I thought I got that and a Sausage and Cheese Kolache. I get to my job and finally try to eat around 9ish. Tear the Kolache and it's Egg and Cheese. The Sausage and cheese Kolace bread was hard at the ends and looked dry inside. I took it back and the mgr claimed that she told me that it was Egg and Cheese. I don't even eat Kolaches without me. I told her that I wanted my $ back and she said that she would do it this time only. Lady please. I won't ever come back to this location. I'm still waiting because she doesn't know how to refund the $. She's on the register not knowing how to do a refund. Then she calls someone on the phone and goes to the back. She comes back and gets the receipt and tells me to sign it. I told her that's not a refund receipt it's a sale receipt. Then she tells me that she cannot do the refund only her boss and she has to give me cash. Extremely horrendous customer service by the Latin lady who works there. Seems like she didn't wanted to be there and was doing me a favor by picking out what I wanted to buy. I asked for the glazed donut and she initially said that she doesn't have it and I was getting something else instead. Then I saw some glazed donuts at the back of the tray and I asked her to replace mine with glazed before she rang me up and she got upset.
