I ordered Red Curry - Vegetable - Medium spice. It's so delicious with coconut curry. Generous portion of vegetable and curry.

Next day, I came and ordered Papaya Salad and Green Curry - Vegetable!! Wow!! The foods are so flavorful and authentic! Papaya Salad is HUGE with super fresh Lettuce. Taste is just right. Chef Ping did her own ingredients with homemade roasted peanuts! Definitely clean.

This is by far the best and most authentic Thai food on the island. I’ve tried other Thai food truck and none of them came close to this one. If you love authentic Thai flavor, this is the only spot for it. The owner/cook is so generous and kind, I told her I want my food spicy and she truly delivered it and exceeded my expectations too. The papaya salad was soooo good. I also got their red curry and omg, it was delicious. Their Thai tea was also so good bc it wasn’t overly too sweet unlike other Thai places. Incredible flavors! My wife and I were craving some Thai food when we landed so we looked for the best ratings around the island. The ratings and reviews for this place were on point! We ordered the spring rolls, pad Thai (Thai spicy), and red curry (Thai spicy). Springs rolls were crunchy and delicious. The pad Thai was just spicy enough to get your attention but very delicious. The red curry was perfect. Spicy enough to get my nose running but perfectly balanced with the sweetness of coconut.
