The BEST PASTRIES AND MACARONS we’ve EVERRRRRRR had!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we are connoisseurs of pastries and treats. We “mmmmmmmm” and “mmmm oohh mmmmmhhhh” with every bite. The flavors, the the moistness, the perfection on the cinnamon roll, muffins, and Pain Au Raison - pastry chefs kiss!! We went for donuts, but left with even better treats! There is a reason why people are lined up outside of this bakery! I got the Pain au Raisin. This is an extremely fancy, high end French pastry. One bite had me wondering, did this pastry chef go to culinary school in France? It had the flakiness of a croissant, but was flat and round. It was sprinkled with plump, juicy raisins and was topped with orange marmalade and white icing. Just incredible!
