The food here is very delicious. Definitely my favorite in Keaau. They are a little pricey but do give generous portions.
The service however left us in disbelief. The host/waitress (owner's daughter) had no personality and was very rude to a large group of 11 guests. Besides us two, the restaurant was empty but she kept complaining because they should have made a reservation in case they were full.
"Hello, you're empty! What's all the fuss?" Plus nowhere online or in the restaurant does it state "Reservations Required." The host wouldn't shut up so they got up and left. That was stupid!! That was at least a $250 lost in business, not counting the negative word of mouth.
Of course her personality changes when it's time to pay our bill. Go figure!! A lesson in customer service would go a long way. Dine here at your own risk. We decided we won't be patronizing this business anymore. Too bad cause the food is...
