Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Keaau

I have Never had to work so hard for a pizza! 😣. Firstly, when I tried to call in my order, they had no idea which Pizza Hut I wanted to pick up from EVEN Though I specifically called the phone number of that Pizza Hut. It appears that in the Big Island you can't call a specify Pizza Hut to order your pizza- you get a central phone line. As a visitor to the island I don't know the area do being asked to say which Pizza Hut I want to pick up from us not transparent. So fine- we drive to the Pizza Hut to order but they won't take my order. I have NEVER been asked to show my ID to buy pizza from Pizza Hut. I'm 52 years old with my 12 year old daughter with me. I wax using my debit card so could have used my PIN but since that wasn't an option I had to call my husband to drive back to the PH to pay for it. Not happy at all. There was barely any toppings on both of our 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, the slices were cut very unevenly (like it was done with eyes closed) and some of the slices only had 1 piece of each topping on it (one slice had 1 piece of bell pepper and only 1 piece of Italian sausage. The sauce wasn't even spread evenly, some of it went to the edge of the pizza (leaving no edge crust) and in some places it was the opposite (1 inch of crust because of no sauce or toppings). This was by far the worst I've ever gotten, and it wasn't even hot when we got it! I'm considering not ordering from PizzaHut anymore, I could make better pizza at home from scratch or even frozen pizza would be better, ordering from PizzaHut is no longer convenient...

Made an order, online.1 hour later saw pizza delivery drive in and then turned around. when i call main number, got hung up on. I then drove to pizza hut, which was 5 minutes away from delivery site, told them that i saw the driver, but they turned around in parking lot. driver calls me, states that wasn't my order, they had to go HPP first. waited another 1 1/2 hours, food is delivered, pizza barely warm, and chicken was cold.it took them 2 1/2 hours for my food to arrive.
