Dunkin' — Restaurant in Keansburg

Sorry to say, this store is not reserved any star if I can leave no star to this store.

On 8/27/2022, a great trip should have a perfect ending after everyone had a great rest in our favorite coffee store, Dunkin.

However, a bad experience in a local Dunkin store destroys the whole day's wonderful moment.

In this store, our kids were YELLED by an employee when they stood in front of the door. When the time got close to 7 pm, we were "kicked out" of the store. The reason is that manager (Sue) said the store will be closed by 7 pm.

I wondered why we were not asked to leave with the magic words called "Please" and "I am sorry"?

When we were outside of the store, the same employee sprayed a lot of disinfectant on the chair and table, then looked at us for a moment.

I feel this is a message called "we are the dirty thing in the store," and I feel we were raced discrimination.

Again, if Dunkin wants to maintain a good reputation, it should fire...

I know we are struggling through the Covid-19 pandemic but I wouldn't have known about any problems outside when dealing with the associates inside this particular Dunkin Donuts. Efficient, Friendly, and Welcoming. The store was clean, and well kept. Seem like it was managed nicely too. I must say there is one employee in particular who was more than helpful. Confident, great eye contact, quality service in every form. He was even superb with my 10 year old daughter. We don't really go out due to the Covid-19 crisis but he sure made it feel worth it. Even gave her a free donut. Unfortunately I do not have his name at this moment. No doubt I'll be returning to this establishment and I'll be sure to get it. I enjoyed myself so much I tipped him...

Awful awful place with no manners at all!!!! The hash browns I ordered were a smushed mess, my coffee was cold and the donut extremely stale. Worst of all, I asked them specifically for the veggie egg white omelette bites and confirmed that it needs to be veggie. I got home and had a bite immediately realising this was bacon. Im muslim and my religion forbids me from having bacon so it was hurtful. I can get over the other mistakes but it was so so hurtful to have eaten that bacon accidentally. I realised on my third bite that it was bacon all along. I called to complain and immediately the people working there started screaming at me on the phone instead of apologising or admitting their mistake! So so bad! I will NEVER step in there...
