We waited 30-40 minutes after ordering our food and once we received them the order was wrong! We asked them if they could change what they got wrong for the correct order and they refused. Honestly, my family was very annoyed by this but we were able to get a refund. Truly disappointed and we won't order from here again since we basically waited a long time for the wrong order while they refused to correct themselves over their own mistake. We really did come here with high hopes...
Edit towards feedback: My family was NEVER told the wait time for the food before ordering which would've helped as it was our first time going to this restaurant or amusement park. Although, we do acknowledge that it takes a long time for food to make as well as the fact that it was in an amusement park but it was clear that the food was RUSHED in order to complete the other orders which resulted in the incorrections. We only asked/got a refund AFTER we were refused corrections to our order since we wanted to give them a chance to correct themselves. It it clear the owner is trying to take less accountability towards there own mistakes judging by the feedback they've given. Overall, they were also slightly rude towards us from the start but we wish costumers better experiences...
