McDonald's — Restaurant in Kearney Township

The owner needs to get his Mancelona location and this one together. Food is always cold, always a wait, special orders never correct and/or missing items from the order. Probably will only get the family McDonald's is when were down state or in Trav. City, not worth spending our money on food that is cold or never right. Will be contacting corporate about these issues because even the bathrooms most times are not cleaned up to standard. When I order inside I have only encountered one friendly staff and even the managers are not the friendliest, especially this younger gal that's a manager there. Came to her when I brought back our order which was not complete and cold and she took a deep breath and rudely said "Well... your just going to have to wait a bit so I can get it straightened out." In a very disrespectful and rude manner. Never in my life have I came to an establishment where I would over hear staff talking about other potential staff not being hired because the person that was topic of conversation "Just doesn't speak that well of English to hire." Wow, what madness and to talk about discriminatory things in front of customers at that!! Unprofessional, unclean, and food horrible....

I cannot believe I am going to the trouble of giving a McDonald’s one star. It’s a McDonald’s of course it’s one star. But the little boy working the drive through on 7/19/21 at 8:30 was so mouthy both the first time I went through (and the second time I went through to get the rest of my order they forgot). The teen-ish told me that I should be glad he let me speak when I pulled up to the window, the same one that I was directed to pull up to by the person at the drive-through speaker. This place appears to be a big mess I heard the customer in front of me consoling someone inside because they were having a bad day. The last few days the service has been not only slow but awful. Today we went through and it was really slow and the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing so the manager took over. However when my daughters went through the manager messed up their order and when my oldest tried to get her to fix it the manager was very rude and said they could pay for another meal. They had asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit sandwich. She gave them a biscuit with bacon and nothing else. My kid showed her the receipt and she took it from them and said they could go pay for another meal. We are at this McDonald's a lot!!!
