Horrible experience. Purchased one 14" pizza with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA, EXTRA "smother the pizza" pepperoni. The price tag was $23+ (which was shocking) and when we picked it up we were stunned to see a regular amount of pepperoni (similar to what you'd see on a regular pizza any place else). I asked the guy when I picked it up "is that extra pepperoni?" He responded "yes. This location does things differently." I told him that I didn't feel like that was really enough pepperoni for the price we paid, however if that was extra then I guess I'd have to live with it. When I got the pizza out to my car and my husband saw it, he was so upset! I told him that I verified with the clerk the order (#38). My husband said "this is unacceptable. Little Caesars does better pepperoni coverage for 1/3 of the price". When he took it in, they asked if he wanted them to add more pep to the existing pie. My husband said whatever you can do to make it right but he was pretty sure they couldn't take our pie back to add more pepperoni. The guy said "that's true. Well make you a new one. Again, the replacement pizza had the same quantity of pepperoni, just a different placement.y husband knew at that point it was a losing battle and just took the pizza pie and left. We're beyond upset and angry. We feel taken advantage of. Unless someone reaches out to make this right, we won't be back to any Big...
Read moreI had never been here before and I will never return. I see these reviews of greatness recently. That wasn't my experience. I only came here because we jyst moved by and received a coupon for a free pizza. Had to call and order the pizza even if it says you can order online. The guy on the phone was very polite. Said my name wrong, which i am used to but very friendly. I get there, the guy that helps me doesnt even really say anything. I got two drinks to add to the pizza. Joke about my name. He gives me the price and ask him if I can use the coupon. He snaps and says, you need to tell them before you order the pizza. Now we have to fix it. I wasn't aware of that. I advised him I HAVE NEVER been here. usually get Pizza hut and their process is 100 times easier. After it all, he gave me the New total. I take care of it. He didn't say anything like it's ready, come this way. Or it'll just be a moment. I just stand there and then he hands it to me. Got home. Ate the pizza. It was disgusting. Tasted like cardboard and the cheese consistency was weird. Yeah this place sucks. Even if a customer gets upset, you need to keep it together. Not just get frustrated. I have worked in retail before. I wasn't being rude to him, didn't even say oh you suck. So yeah we ate a slice and threw the rest away. Good...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER DELIVERY DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY PRICE GOUGE ANYONE NOT STANDING IN FRONT OF THEM! the last time i called in i ordered a medium, two topping pizza, an order of mac and cheese bites, and an order of ribs. The woman on the phone mumbled the totals for a second as if she was adding them up and then says it's 91.58. !?!?!?! $91.58 for a pizza and two SMALL sides? I had a menu pulled up online and did the math for her. it should have come out to LESS THAN $50! when i confronted her she once again sort of mumbled my total and then said, "no, it's 91.58 with the delivery charge." I'm sorry, but how does a delivery charge add up to more than $40 extra dollars????? (for reference Domino's charges something like 3.50 for a delivery fee.) The same thing happened to my husband last night. He ordered five single topping pizzas for delivery, nothing special. again, we tallied the order later and it should have been less than $75 dollars, but he was charged almost $100!!!! Funnily enough, when he confronted the cashier over the phone about the price, this time a man, he was given the same mumbled reply and then told, "no, it's 100+ dollars." Absolutely insane! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! THEIR CASHIERS...
