Awful. In my experience, they do not adhere to health ordinances, will take your money, and will lie to your face. This opinion sounds extreme but please see below for why I believe this is so.
Ordered online and paid online. Selected curb side because of COVID and health issues. Arrive at store. Call store. It rang for several minutes before anyone answered.
During this time, I observed customers come into the store without masks. I know there can be medical issues which prevent wearing one but it seemed like a theme with no enforcement by the company.
Someone finally answered the phone. I was told they would not do curbside, the store was closing (it was about 7:00 pm and the hours posted are until 10:00 pm) and if my pizza was ready, then I could come in and get it.
I then went into the lobby where I waited more. While I was waiting, I observed an employee (she was wearing food handling gloves), talking on a personal cell phone at the register. She knew I was there and kept complaining to whoever it was that it was busy. She then finally talked to me. I asked her if the store was closing and what was going on. She explained that no, the store was not closing but because they were busy, they were not taking any new orders. I explained that I ordered and paid online and that it was not ok to be lied to.
She then looked my order up and said it was not ready and I could wait. I asked about canceling my order and was told the funds would either be back on my card within 2-3 days or I could file a dispute with my bank. I told her I would wait.
I then watched her walk over to the food prep area and start handling food (she did this without changing gloves, despite holding her personal cell phone in them).
I then waited in the lobby some more. Another employee came out and I asked if my food was ready. I was then told that my order was cancelled and that the employees were doing things and not communicating with one another. I asked for verification that it was cancelled and that there is a refund. I was told they could not provide that. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused (I think the second employee I spoke was the supervisor and she was not willing to tell me that).
I asked for a phone number to call and was refused (she did eventually give me corporate – this is a franchise location so I wanted to speak with the owner before corporate).
I left without my pizza and without the nearly 50 I...
Read moreAfter a grueling day at work and edging on the side of "hangry," I succumbed and ordered a pizza from your establishment. Assuming, since this isn't my first Pizza Hut rodeo, I knew I could count on it arriving at my doorstep within at least 30-40 mins. It wasn't until I had pressed, “submit" that I discovered that the wait would be over an hour. Had I been privy to this wait time scandal prior to committing to your grease filled circle of cheesy heaven I would have made other arrangements. But, alas; I WAITED FOR THE DAMN PIZZA. Finally, after over an hour and 20 minutes, I hear a knock. The delivery guy with absolutely no character tears open the to-go pizza “heater” contraption and hands me my pie, with attitude, as if I took time away from something he was doing that was more important, oh and it was a good thing I knew the cost because we probably would have just stood there and stared at one another as he had obvious issues with communication. We exchange “thanks and goodnight” courtesies, I shut the door and retreat to the kitchen where I can finally curtail the stomach growling. Box open, slice in hand, take my first bite, and to my dismay it’s cold. The hot, cheesy, fresh pizza that I had been anticipating for over an hour was cold. “Was this pizza made in Antarctica? Was the driver delivering from your Alaska location? Is there an arctic freeze outside?” These are some of the questions I had going through my head as I reluctantly continued to eat this ice storm of a pizza disaster. “Why didn’t you put it in the Microwave?” you might ask yourself. Well, I’ll tell you. I’m lazy and that’s why I ordered the pizza...
Read moreIf We could give this place 0 starts we would. We encountered a horrible experience last time we ordered here. Over 100 dollar order and paid for extra cheese when we got our pizzas there was no sauce. No cheese on the pizzas. I called and called for 4 hours and was told repeatedly someone would call me back on Monday between 5 and 515pm and nothing. We decided to try again... WE SHOULDNT HAVE. The flavor was awful, extremely sparce on the cheese and there was so much pizza sauce when you took a bite it oozed out everywhere. We paid extra for pan pizza and that is not what we received either. Also, we saw our order on the back counter and you could Definitely tell all the workers avoiding the front counter at all costs so after 15 minutes of waiting my husband literally leaned over the counter as far as he could to get someone's attention then the lady proceeded to say it wasn't ready yet they were waiting on the wings when our order had been clearly ready for a while and so my husband said I'm pretty sure that's it and pointed to it and she then was all shocked and said sorry yea this is yours. The wings were dry. Hardly no sauce and cold. Pizza was not what we ordered and taste was not good. Highly do NOT recommend pizza hut. Please take your business and money somewhere else. This isn't even half of it. Oh and when trying to call the store you CANT they make it humanly impossible to get any assistance at all. This is horribly ran company and needs major help or to be completely out...
