Food: I placed an order for the chicken phó and a side of rice. Both dishes were flavorful; however, I wished there had been a bit more chicken in the phó. While I appreciated the ample noodles provided, I had requested additional vegetables, yet it appeared that only the standard portion was included. I am uncertain if this is the usual serving size, but regardless, the chicken phó accompanied by rice was quite delicious.
Service: Upon our arrival, we noticed other patrons dining, yet the service we received was both welcoming and efficient. We were able to place our orders immediately, and when we inquired about specific menu items, the staff member at the front was more than willing to address all of our questions, especially considering it was our first visit to this establishment. Our food arrived at the table within approximately 10 to 15 minutes, which I found to be quite prompt, particularly given the presence of other diners. It is always a delight to experience a relaxed atmosphere while ordering, and I applaud the staff for their excellent service.!
Atmosphere: The restaurant's atmosphere and overall vibe were quite standard. Having visited a range of dining establishments, from family-friendly to luxurious, I can assert that this venue leans towards a more family-oriented experience. The environment was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Notably, we arrived about an hour before closing, and we never felt rushed, which is a refreshing change from other restaurants that often exhibit impatience as they near closing time. I do have a minor suggestion regarding the television; another group at the restaurant had the remote control, which was not a significant issue, as they were gracious enough to let us change the channel. However, the remote was frequently dropped by children, leading to some disorder. While this did not impact our meal or the atmosphere, I would recommend that the remote control be managed by the staff to ensure a more controlled environment.
Menu: This restaurant offered a wide array of options, ranging from sandwiches to soups and beyond. As I previously mentioned in this review, while the menu presented numerous choices, I would have preferred the opportunity to sit down and peruse a physical menu upon arrival. Instead, we were directed immediately to order from a digital menu displayed at the entrance. Although this is not a significant issue, I believe that being seated at a table and having access to a physical menu would have created a more relaxed atmosphere for placing our orders. This preference does not detract from the quality of the food, but the immediate need to order upon entering created a sense of urgency. I suggest that the availability of physical menus could positively influence the likelihood of returning customers.
Presentation: I have previously expressed my belief that there is a notable difference in expectations between family-oriented dining establishments and those that are considered high-end. This restaurant, recognized for its superb food and service, tends to cater more to a family-friendly atmosphere. I would like to elaborate further on this matter. The presentation of the meals we received was consistent with our expectations for this type of restaurant. Even though it does not qualify as a luxury dining venue, I am convinced that presentation plays a vital role in the dining experience, and the team here has mastered this aspect. It is not necessary to adopt an extravagant style for the menu items; the food not only looks appealing but also tastes exceptional. I would like to express my appreciation to the chef or owner for their commitment to creating a well-thought-out menu and for executing the presentation with such skill ! Thank you
Seasonality: I must express that the taste and seasoning of the food we were served during our visit were exceptional. The flavors were delightful, perfectly balanced without being overly seasoned or bland. I extend my sincere gratitude to both the owner and the chef for providing such...
Read moreFirst timer. My usual Thai restaurant was closed and i really didn't want to end up at panda express. This is a small (about 20-25 seat) family run business but don't let that stop you. When you walk in there are plenty of digital menu boards to aid in your options. I order the chicken pai Thai and added an extra serving of beef to mix it up along with some cream cheese wontons. While waiting I was able to sneak a peak of the kitchen and let me tell you that place was spotless...from the oven range overheads to the fryer to the floor. It was also nice to see very fresh-looking produce that was used throughout many offerings of dishes that quickly came out of the kitchen. What sets this place apart because its smaller is size is the attention to detail that I saw throughout my experience. They wear gloves when serving your food, they will mark your boxed takeout items, so you know what's what, if you want to make additions or subtractions to your item.... not an issue. Food presentation was also on point. Now for my food review. Granted i was on the backend of getting over a cold so my taste buds may still be slightly off. I thought the Pai thai was overall very good. I'm generally a saucy guy with my food and although i found the entree to be well rounded with everything such as meat ratio and portion size for the price. i was a little disappointed in that flavor although good wasn't bursting in my mouth with every bite. would more sauce fix that? not so sure...but i will say its good dish for those who like things more on the milder side when it comes to things like heat and flavor as most places use sweet chili sauce to spice it up. So, to each their own. Overall, i give the pai Thai a solid 4/5. Now for those wontons. Oh my...Those are made fresh by hand and clearly are not the frozen garbage from suppliers like Sysco. They were cooked perfect and looked beautiful and i would say they are the best wontons I've had in a very long time. I would return just to binge on those. My only suggestion with the wontons is they include per the menu a side of sweet and sour sauce. Now, to be fair...it's more like a sweet chili based sweet and sour sauce, which I would expect at a Thai restaurant. How ever for those people who prefer a more traditional Americanized sweet and sour sauce...you need to be prepared for that. I thought the sauce was good and the .5oz serving to be just fine for the 8 wontons i enjoyed as you want to dip not drown these in sauce to not overpower the item. I give those wontons a 5/5 rating all day long. So, was the food good? Yes. Is their pricing fair? I thought so. Are they worthy of the high ratings and reviews seen on google, absolutely! Will I return for a second visit in the next 15-30 days....

We had N4. Kano Sai, it’s a rare northern Thai noodle dish. Wider noodle makes a huge different. The creaming peanuty sauce, sweet and savory makes want to lick the plate!
The broth for pho is so light and refreshing, but full of flavors. One thing I don’t like about pho is I end up smell like pho afterwards, but this place doesn’t!!
Garlic butter steak sandwich, the name speaks for itself self. Onion lovers, besides the pickled onions, they even stir fried the onions with the garlic butter steak!! Did I mention garlic butter?!
That’s not it, we also ordered the House Special rice plate, it comes with steamed egg! It’s not just regular steam eggs, there are glass noodles and flavors in the egg! The rice, the meat, everything is perfect balanced.
Did I mention the appetizer? Nope, we didn’t order the usual spring rolls, we ordered chicken satay!! Again, the sauce!! Oh, her spicy chill sauce is also delicious! I am going to ask if I can buy a jar! So crispy, full of aroma, and it goes so well with everything and it’s not too spicy! You have to try it, because I can’t wait to...
