I am a regular patron of Natas End Bowls, visiting daily to purchase coffee. Over the past year, I have consistently spent $12 per visit. However, my experience has been marred by the recurring presence of an employee with distinctive black and yellow hair. I find it necessary to share my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this individual.
On numerous occasions, I have encountered issues with my orders due to the employee's apparent disinterest and unprofessional demeanor. Her attitude, characterized by a lack of attention to detail and a generally unfriendly disposition, has consistently led to subpar service experiences. This is particularly concerning given the cumulative impact on my expenditure over time. When considering the daily expense of $12 plus tip, this amounts to $84 per week and a substantial $4032 per year, underscoring the significance of quality service in customer retention.
Regrettably, the negative interactions with this employee have deterred me from revisiting the establishment. It is my sincere belief that her demeanor not only reflects poorly on the business but also compromises its reputation and customer loyalty. As a result, I urge management to reconsider her role within the organization, as her presence has undeniably contributed to a decline in customer satisfaction and willingness to patronize Natas End Bowls.

Read moreI went here last night with my daughter. We arrived around 8:15PM- 8:30PM (they close at 9PM). The young lady who took our order had an attitude. She seemed annoyed she couldn’t vacuum because, we walked in. I asked for a protein shake she stated “they don’t make protein shakes” whey protein was on the menu. So, I ordered a banana & strawberry smoothie to avoid conflict. The smoothie was all berries, I tasted no banana at ALL! it was very watery and usually adding a banana will give the smoothie a thicker texture. My daughter loved her bowl but unfortunately I will never come here again. As we’re waiting for our order, 3 more customers walked in.
Please teach your staff that customer service and first impression is important. I will never come here again because, of her attitude, laziness, and poor customer service.

Read moreAfter two months of having a poor experience with this place I decided to give it another chance. Smoothies were good, but the poor customer service by immature staff continues. I got questioned with such anger by the girl in the back when I received my order how I still came over there to make an order after my review. The issue was never the food, it’s the people behind it that are preparing it. My beliefs is everything and everyone deserves another chance no matter the situation, it might’ve been a bad day, who knows.
