I placed a mobile order at 7:46am, I walked in at 8:10am, 1st person in line, and I had to wait a good 5 mins before I was asked what I would like, I said I had a mobile order. they had no idea there was even a mobile order. asked what I had ordered. never looked up the order. I had 2 dozen donuts and a sandwich. she asked what donuts I wanted. I said it is in phone in my car. they said ok, would you just like a mix. I said yes just no nuts. they asked which sanwich? I told them and they said we are out of eggs. i said ok I will just take a refund. we dont know how to refund a mobile order. never asked if I wanted something else. I said so I am just out the money I spent on the sandwich. they said would you like a donut. I said is a donut really an even replacement for a sandwhich, which we all know was at least $5. I was frusterated, by no means yelling, but definately sounding frusterated and upset. Then all of a sudden a customer in line started yelling at me that if I was nicer we could get thru this and get the line moving. he had no idea what I had already been through as he just walked in, and he continued to verbally abuse and harrase me. NO ONE at dunkin donuts stoped him. I am not a mean person, but inorder to defend myslef and stick up for myself, I ended up getting defensive and talking to him the way he was talking to me. I kept telling him to mind his own business. I left in tears. in the meantime, they said they would throw something together to replace the sandwich. when I got in the car, They had put cheese and sausage on a english muffin, I dont even eat sausage. I called a little while later to talk to a supervisor, i was told there was none. after asking if there was no supervisor or manager in, she said i am the shift lead. I asked if she was there when I was verbally attacked by another cutomer. she said yes. I started to explain what had happen and all of a sudden I hear hold music. she clearly was not helpful. I stopped by to get the managers name and number, the girl who originally helped me, and was NEVER rude, asked if I was ok. The rest of the staff was just rude. we are busy. we are short staffed. that is why they put me hold.They would not give me any information of a supervisor. I asked when they would be in, they said in the morning. I will never go back to this location. only one women behind the counter was nice to me. I must say a kudos to the nice lady in line that offered to wait for my stuff so I could get back to my son who was waiting in the car, becasue I was just running to pick up mobile order. PS I wanted to give no stars but I could not get my post to submit without picking anything. My family wanted to take our daughter for ice cream as a desert on the night of Father's day. We looked up the hours and they were to close at 11pm, (I admit, I only checked Google, but now I looked on Dunkin's website and it still said 11pm for the Keego Harbor location. I have a screenshot). We rose our bikes there and arrived at 9:59. We walked in and instead of a welcome or even a hello, we were told the store closes at 10pm and we need to leave.
They were all cleaned up and ready to get out of there so they would not make an ice cream for our daughter, therefore we had to leave with a sobbing child.
I am very disappointed that this store has employees working here that are so lazy that they do not encourage more business, but instead turn it away and lose future sales. This store needs to re-evaluate their employees if they do not want to continue to lose customers because they are stealing their paychecks if they are not working.
Every website I have reviewed this place on says thay are open until 11pm. The manager needs to get up and get to work as well because a lot of people depend on correct information to be displayed online.
I'm thinking that Google pulls the opening and cloing times off of your websites for you so us customers don't have to do the leg work. All your business needs to do is keep...

Our donuts were thrown on top each other so now the chocolate on top was all over the bag and donuts. Ok annoying but not a huge deal. I take a bite of my sandwich and I get something g in my mouth that I canāt chew so I spit my bite out and check my sandwich and the paper that separates the cheese slices is in my sandwich So we turn around and go back. My goal this point is just yo be refunded and make them aware of the issue. So a woman greets us, same woman who waited on us.. we hand her the sandwich and tell her there is paper in there, she immediately becomes aggressive and defensive. I felt like I was in the twilight zone when she said ā I donāt need your attitude ā ā you arenāt gonna talk to me like thatā just two examples of what she was snappping at me. So we ask for her manager, she tells us she ādonāt got oneā WHAT??? So after a couple minutes of refusing to get her manager she finally goes and gets someone. Now a man comes to the window.. same attitude. We tell him the issue and he says Iām not giving you your money back when you already received your food. So we explain that we handed her the sandwich and she threw it away. Reluctantly he figures out the refund. We then Asked him who the owner is / who his boss is and he tells us TO GOOGLE IT!!! He refused to tell us!!! We asked him his name and he said Aaron⦠ok Aaron .. last name??
