On March 12, 2025, my family and I were looking forward to a special birthday dinner. Unfortunately, our experience at a steakhouse nearby was nothing short of disappointing. But thankfully, we ended up at Gino’s, and the night was completely turned around! Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, with a full house and what seemed like no available tables, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. The manager, showing great hospitality, guided us to a table that seemed custom-made for our party of six. It was a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the evening. Our waitress, Vicky, was an absolute gem. Even in the hustle and bustle, she was attentive, friendly, and, most importantly, sincere in making sure we were comfortable. She didn’t just take our order and walk away—she engaged with us, making the evening feel personal. At one point, when my adorable 3-year-old niece demanded a mini dance line-up to show off her ballet moves, Vicky happily joined in, adding an extra layer of joy to the night. After a challenging start to the day, I can’t express how much we appreciated Vicky’s kindness and the warmth of the entire Gino’s team. The food was equally amazing! From start to finish, every dish was top-notch, and my brother even convinced everyone to try his chicken Marsala, which was absolutely delicious. Since our visit, my family and I have brought up that evening countless times, reflecting on what made it so memorable. It wasn’t just the great food—it was the sincere attention to our experience. It’s clear that Gino’s genuinely wants its guests to feel welcome and valued, no matter the circumstances. Thank you, Gino’s, for turning my birthday around and making it a night to remember. We’ll definitely be back! I LOVE YOU GINO’S and VICKY!

Read moreLet me start by saying that I understand it is COVID, I understand people are short staffed. That being said, I called ahead in knowing places are short staffed to Gino’s around 5:45 tonight asking if they took reservations which I was told they did. Being considerate of the fact that they might not be able to I asked if they could accommodate a party of 6 adults and 5 kids. She told me that they could accommodate as long as we waited until 7:45. I told her I appreciated it and she took my name for the reservation. We showed up at the restaurant a few minutes early so I went to check in. The hostess proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have a reservation for me because she claimed to have told me she could not accommodate our party. Apparently her and I had two completely different conversations and she dismissed me and told me she didn’t have staff and we weren’t going to be seated. The fact that I called ahead knowing they might not be able to take us, her then telling me they could and then acting like I made the whole thing up with no remorse does not sit well with me. This hostess definitely made a bad day for my family a lot worse and left a bad taste in my mouth about...
Read moreWas excited to try out Gino's. I love Italian food and this seemed to be the place to go. I ordered a linguini with alfredo sauce topped with chicken and mushrooms and my hubby ordered the chicken piccata. Both meals were far from impressive. My alfredo was quite dry with a few canned mushrooms and chicken that looked like it came right out of a bag. The flavor was acceptable but certainly not what I would expect from an Italian restaurant. It seemed more like what you would get at a bar that begrudgingly serves pasta. My husband's meal was practically inedible. It was bland while somehow, simultainiously being too lemony. The sauce was slimy and almost seemed watered down. Needless to say we did not take the leftovers with us. We also ordered salads as part of our meals. The lettuce didnt seem especially fresh and was pathetically topped with one tomato and one cucumber each. Gino's redeeming factors are the pleasent atmosphere, the staff, who were friendly and informative, and the fact that the entrees come with soup, salad, or coleslaw and a bread basket. Wish we could have...
