If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. My husband and I have been frequenting this place for years. We were sad to see it go, and happy to see it back as Paloma’s. We stopped in for a pre Mother’s Day drink. The newly remodeled place was amazing! We had the chimichurri steak (perfectly cooked!!!!) and the Ahi Tuna cones. It was the coolest appetizer idea and so flavorful. My wife had the Umami bomb tacos and a Dark and Stormy (I dont normally drink rum and even this was next level)
