The look and feel of this Dunkin was great, but the service was poor. It started fine, i was the second and last person in line at the time and ordered 1 coffee and 2 bagels. Apparently, the receipt printer for the drink stickers ran out of paper and caused a backlog for the employees. They couldn't keep up, and then who i can only assume was a managet or shift lead came out angry and swearing at the staff cause they got backed up. Muttering things under his breath and complaining about the staff without offering any support. He was also rude to the customers he was serving, myself included. As a people leader myself, and also having 10 years of customer service experience, this was sad to see. Read moreStopped by this morning and ordered a large iced coffee with french vanilla swirl. Was handed a hazelnut swirl twice. I politley asked if I could get it fixed. The first time, it was "fixed" no problem. The second time, the teenage girl working started to argue with my sister and I that it was actually french vanilla. I took a few sips of it and it definitley wasn't vanilla. No big deal, I wasn't upset. Long line and when he asked the three girls for help they said they were busy (one was just standing there). Yay Jacob who was cooking that came out to assist.
