I wanna start this review off by saying I NEVER write 1 star reviews unless it’s warranted. I have worked in the food industry and know what a stressful environment it can be, but this starbucks seriously needs to get their stuff together. I have given this Starbucks multiple chances in drive thru, in store, and mobile. Each and everytime you will be waiting at most an hour for your drink, even if it’s the simplest one. This is a reflection on my last 6 visits. 1st visit: In store was closed but they left mobile ordering on. I paid for my drink and felt like I had to wait in the drive thru line since I had already spent 7 dollars. I waited with about 10 other cars, nothing crazy. Wait time: 40 minutes. 2nd visit: Mobile ordered 20 minutes in advance as I was planning on getting a drink to wake me up after shopping near by. App said drink was made, showed up after placing it 25 mins ago; wasn’t made and waited an additional 20 minutes while the baristas chatted and complained about scheduling. 3rd visit: Same as 2nd 4th visit: Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and was trapped so I couldn’t pull out. 5th visit: In store waited 25 minutes and baristas stared at me before someone finally asked me what I was waiting on. 6th visit: store closed all day until random hours and open for about 3 hours out of the entire day, drive thru only. At this point it’s just not worth it. Go to Dunkin down the street or Aromas. When they’re busy the staff, even when short handed can handle it in a reasonable time. Or even go to the Starbucks target. One person working there will work faster than this Starbucks. A lot of nice workers at this location but attitude doesn’t make up...
Read moremy friend and i went through the drive thru, ordered only 2 drinks. there was one car ahead of us and they were at the window for like 20+ minutes. my friend and i then watched the workers hand out only 2 drinks to the car in front of us. when we pull up to the window, the man confirms our order, goes back behind the window for another 20+ minutes, comes back with 2 small drinks, one being hot when we both ordered iced large drinks. so we hand them back and correct the man. Another 20+ minutes goes by, a girl that hasn't once spoken to me about our order, comes to the window with yet another hot drink and asks if i'm waiting for a latte, when i'm still waiting for 2 ICED LARGE DRINKS (one a macchiato and one a shaken espresso). she goes back, the man finally comes back with my friend's drink. ANOTHER 15 minutes goes by, he finally comes back with my drink. we leave. i taste my drink. tastes like watery milk with a splash of coffee flavor. i have never in my life been so disappointed and upset with a drive thru experience. i wasted so much of my time and money, only to receive a shit tasting sorry excuse...
Read moreI went through the drive through and first I was handed the incorrect order, then I was handed 2 incorrectly made coffees so I went in and asked for a remake. The person I spoke too treated me like I was a problem they didn't want to deal with. Then the barista making coffee started talking bad about me right infront of me then I was told that I ordered the wrong thing which I did not. So I tried to call, and the person on the phone was kind at first but then when I said I wanted to talk to the manager about how I was spoken too the person on the phone with the most amount of attitude said that I already spoke to the manager so I was giving up and said okay I guess I'll go fvcx myself and I was about to hang up and the person on the phone rudely said. " I'm not talking to you anymore". I used to love going there but this new staff (it seems) is awful and all I wanted was a iced caramel latte with the caramel stirred into the espresso. As a former barista and a local food service worker I am disappointed in how this staff is allowed to be so awful to...
