Came here in a hurry to get my son breakfast again and they screwed up the order so I went back through. The lady I spoke with over the intercom told me to just come up so I passed the first window. The lady in the first window looks out and at my car and then goes back in. She then says loudly (I was one car away from the second window) “The next car didnt pay.” First off you know what they say about assuming…. Second off I get notifying the management or anyone who needs to know but did you really have to shout it so loud so every car and person in the establishment could hear. What a disgusting thing to do and it was VERY HUMILIATING! I tried to let the lady know at the next window that I didn’t appreciate it but they were just trying to scoot me out of the way it felt like. Very disappointed at this interaction. I don’t put all the blame on this worker either. Though I feel her actions were unnecessary. I also put the blame on whoever took my fixed order and didn’t inform the lady at the first window.
Do what you want with this information but know this is normal for this McDonald’s. Orders are usually messed up and the customer service isn’t great. I will say they are very under appreciated and that they deal with a lot in a fast pace environment though again that was totally uncalled for. Read moreI dont hold McDonald’s to a high standard Which is why I only go there for drinks but Apparently making an iced coffee is impossible. I had one made from drive thru and it was just milk (size medium). I went inside to ask for a remake (I’ve worked fast food plenty and know drive thru time is important to keep low so I was being nice) and waited patiently I was in no rush. only to have the whoever’s white trash auntie make me one that was still looking like milk (and tasting like it) only filled halfway. she “handed” it to me while not even looking at me and said nothing. All you gotta do is pull a tab from the iced coffee machine. Maybe if you stopped talking and focused on your task you could manage. I don’t need anyone to kiss up to me but obvi they don’t teach basic human interaction skills at the trailer park. So sad. Hint there’s coffee in iced COFFEE and you face someone when you’re having an interaction with them. Manager/lead was sweet and so was the young cashier. I only have a problem with the auntie who was too busy talking about eye color to keep her eyes on my drink. Read moreI Waited 30 minutes after ordering inside at the kiosk tonight before ending up having to get my money back. Meanwhile in that 30 minute period the employees in the back were busy yelling, cussing, & arguing with each other. The employee that refunded me Not once apologized to me either. This location has been going downhill for quite some time, now I can see why. I ended up going down the road to the other location and I got my order within 5 minutes of placing my order. Clearly this location needs to train the river rd one how to work as a “Team”. The employee who refunded me gave me a partial refund and said that I already got my pies and drinks… what drinks?!? And No I did not receive my pies either. She then refunded the difference. I have attached a photo of the receipts showing the wait time and refund mistake.
