Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Keller

At night shift On August 27, 2025, I had a really disappointing experience here. We ordered a banana split, but the girl at the counter charged us for a double banana instead. Her attitude was extremely rude, which was very upsetting. All the other staff I’ve interacted with in the past have such a nice attitude they’re polite and explain things kindly if something isn’t available. But this girl was the opposite.

We simply asked for a normal order double banana and banana split something I order everywhere else without an issue. Instead, she messed up the order, charged for double banana, and only gave us one banana, not even in the correct cup. It honestly made no sense.

If she doesn’t want to work, she shouldn’t be treating customers poorly. The owner really needs to pay attention to how employees are behaving with customers, because this was flat-out rude. I understand people have moods, but you cannot take it out on customers. If someone doesn’t want to work, they can just go home. you can clearly see in the picture. I’m posting doesn’t have a two banana on it, but why did she charges two banana?

This was a really bad experience, and I hope management takes...

It's sad to see the service decline when making the jack hammers. I ordered a small jack hammer with heath and chocolate fudge. There was basically no candy in the cup, and barely any hot fudge plus she did not fill the cup with ice cream. It was only filled 2/3 of the way. Jack Hammer means the inside filling should go down the center of the cup and it never does anymore. The topping never goes half way down the center anymore. It's like they're putting a dollip of topping and sitting it on top of the ice cream. There is no jack hammer. Cutting corners to short change customers? She was working the store by herself so maybe that had something to do with it as well. This has happened to me over and over the past year so I am leaving a review about it. Time to start making them at home like everything else restaurants...

I came here with my husband as a treat. We were told they were out of pecans which is fine but we were not told that our dessert would be made with off brand chocolate sandwich cookies instead of oreos also. The whole point of the jackhammer we ordered was made with less than quality ingredients and we weren't told when we ordered. Otherwise the 30 minutes of wait would have just been waisted and I would have drove off. We used to come once a week now we won't be back. We will go to Braums or another establishment who won't skip on quality and lie about what is being received.

Let me reiterate and point out we were charged normal price for off brand disgusting food and they sold it as their normal product. Its not about missing pecans. Horrible customer service false advertisement and all around lack of caring by this...
