We have eaten a various Braum’s locations because we really like their burgers and their ice cream Sundaes. This was our first visit to this one located on Keller Parkway in Keller, and it is really quite nice. This particular Braum’s was really clean, and the employees were clean as well. We’ve seen some employees in other locations wearing an apron that is filthy (are you listening Decatur?), so it makes your visit much more pleasant when all of the employees look clean and tidy. I would think that it can’t be that hard to grab a clean apron, and we notice things like this, so thank you Keller. The ladies bathroom at this location was really clean as well, and I really appreciate this! We love Braum’s ice cream, and we love both the hot fudge and the warm caramel, but I am disappointed with how little of both of these toppings they have been giving me, and I always ask for lots. I even willing to pay more, and have been charged more for this at times, but I am not seeing a change in the amounts that is pumped over my ice cream. Are you listening managers? We also really love the roasted pecans, and I always request more of these as well, but here again, they don’t seem to respond to my request. I am not trying to complain because I really love their products, I just want to be listened to about the syrups and the nuts. When we first started going to Braum’s a few years ago after we moved to Texas, I would get plenty of hot fudge and warm caramel, but now it has drastically changed to where there is hardly any at all. Management, what gives? I realize the economy was bad for a few years, so if you need to raise your prices a bit I understand, but please stop skimping. We don’t keep sweets or ice cream in our house, so it is a special thing to go to Braum’s once a month. The Braum’s on the North Freeway location next to I-35 always gave me lots of syrups and nuts, so a big shout out to them. Overall though, thanks Braum’s for being our “go to” for our sweet treat and burgers; we...
Read moreAs a mom of three, finding a spot where the whole family can enjoy a sweet treat and still stay on budget feels like hitting the jackpot—Braum’s Ice Cream is exactly that kind of place. Truly, I don’t think there’s a better combination of quality, price, and family-friendly atmosphere anywhere in the country.
On our most recent visit, we went all in—my husband and I split the banana split, which was huge, classic, and absolutely delicious. Everything from the fresh bananas to the drizzled toppings was spot-on. The kids devoured a hot fudge sundae and a chocolate/vanilla soft yogurt swirl without coming up for air. Every bite was rich, creamy, and full of that nostalgic ice cream parlor flavor we love.
And Braum’s doesn’t stop at just ice cream. Their little market section is such a hidden gem! We always pick up a few things to take home—especially their chocolate milk, which my kids are obsessed with. It’s thick, cold, and tastes like a milkshake in a bottle. Honestly, we go through it way too fast!
The staff was kind, patient, and super sweet with our kiddos (even when they changed their minds about flavors a dozen times). And the whole place has that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.
For a family of five, Braum’s is a win every time—delicious desserts, a great little market, and prices that let us treat ourselves without guilt. It’s officially part of our regular family tradition now, and I’m already looking forward to...
Read moreI recently visited Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant , and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was not going to be a pleasant visit.
Firstly, the variety of flavors was severely lacking, and the available options seemed outdated and uninspired. It felt like I stepped back in time to a time when ice cream flavors were limited to the basics. The lack of creativity left much to be desired.
The ice cream itself was subpar at best. The texture was icy and lacked the creamy richness that you expect from a quality scoop. It seemed like the ice cream had been sitting in the freezer for far too long, resulting in a freezer-burned taste that was anything but enjoyable.
The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, making the overall atmosphere less than welcoming. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.
To make matters worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of the product. I felt like I was paying a premium for an experience that fell far short of expectations.
Overall, I would not recommend Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying ice cream experience. Save your money and treat yourself elsewhere to a shop that values quality, creativity, and customer...
