On a Friday night, the place wasn't too busy at 6:00, but it was pretty full by the time we left. The staff at the register where we ordered was friendly and helpful. The pizzas, one Molly and one Greek, didn't take too long. The staff brought out the pizza and made sure we had plates, napkins, and utinsils. The pizza had a thin crust, and was cooked just right. The toppings tasted fresh, with all of the flavors on the Greek coming through. The Molly tasted fresh, with plenty of chicken. It's a BYOB place, and a couple of larger groups took advantage of that. There were several families with well-behaved children. We drove about 20 minutes to eat here because my wife said it was good at the one in Hudson Oaks. For my first experience, it was good. I'm gonna have to really want some to drive 20 minutes again, though.

Came here on a later Thursday evening so they were pretty busy when we arrived. We were greeted promptly upon entering and the cashier was available for any questions about the menu. They have a sign up front to sign up for text promotions and get an instant 50% off a large pizza so that was a plus! We ordered a pizza and side salads. The salads came quickly but the pizza took a while. When the pizza came it was hot and fresh. The toppings were perfectly portioned and the crust was nice and crispy. This place is BYOB so feel free to bring wine to enjoy while here as well. They do provide wine glasses and corkscrew for you as well. Overall a good pizza place to try.

My boyfriend and I came here and I was super excited since I worked at a different Palios location in high school. But unfortunately our experience was less than ideal. His food never came, and the kitchen said they didn’t receive his order even though the $27 charge was definitely for more than a small pizza. When they brought out his pasta, they brought him dirty silverware with hardened food on the end of the fork. And on top of all of that, there was an eyelash and a long back hair in his food! I really was hoping to have a positive experience given my Palio’s loyalty. But I would skip out on this place and go to the Colleyville or Grapevine locations.

The pizza was good and the style was very thin crust. Though not big enough to share as we found out still hungry after our meal. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The decoy was nice, clean, but nothing special. It does not look corporate and its certainly not fancy. We sat on the patio which is small and runs a long the side of the building. Nothing attractive to look at out there, and the table were cheap wire tables that wobbled. While the pizza was good the staff was indifferent. They weren't rude, they just didn't have any management, leadership, or direction.. I don't think that anybody was working in the store over the age of 25 on a Friday night. Most of the staff was high school students. The took your orders but really didn't provide any insight into the menu. My 6yr old son ordered what seemed to be a harmless Kids Mac N Cheese. What came out was some kind of Alfredo pasta that tasted nothing like Mac and Cheese. They would not allow us to exchange it for a kids pizza, so we ended up buying another kids meal. That's a big mistake on their part, because we won't be back. No manager was available to talk to about this and the Teens running the store just told us "Sorry, no returns". 3 Big mistakes at the cashier where we placed our order. 1. Didn't ask if this was our first visit, 2. Didn't let us know the pizza was very thin crust or suggest us to order our own pizzas as opposed to sharing. Which left us hungry after the meal 3. Should have informed us of the Alfredo style Mac N Cheese on the kids meal. We could not possible be the first family to send this back. A few corrections on their part and the experience would have been a lot better. My advice get a good a manager to coach your staff on customer service and build some customer...

We live very close to this Keller location. Food has always been good. However, I feel like the delivery is awful! We have only done it twice and the first time we did not get what we ordered. 2nd time they called us 3-4 times to confirm our order which made me worry what we were going to end up getting. I would say PICK UP only! I have had no issues with calling ahead and picking up. Although, the services seems to be getting slower (used to be 10-15 min ready for pick up now it is more like 15-25 min) and the pricing seems to be going up. I love the Wheat Serene, Pepperoni Calzone (you do have to check they give you the correct sauces you should get one garlic and one red), mac and cheese is good but expensive for quantity, chicken parm is good. I have also taken issue with their listed closing time, so call before you go if it is near or after 8:00 pm. We are moving soon so I won't be going to this location much longer. I have only dined in this location once, it was fine. Pick up is much more...

1st Time here food was good ... HOWEVERRRRR!!! The line to order anything is as soon as you walk in the door so I suggest reviewing the menu online before coming in so that you are prepared!! You must know exactly what your wanting to order in order for the line not to get backed up bc there is only one register... We ordered appetizers and welll when you do that you get those at the time your meal comes out ...the wait time to get your food let alone drinks take 30-45mins .. as I’m writing this review my daughter is waiting for her desert.. I hope they didn’t forget .. there’s a new bbq place next door looks legit should of went there ... update on the desert the guy said it would be right out he just came up to us 30mins later to inform me they are out of the desert she had asked for this place is garbage and you have to do everything yourself being that there is only one register no waiters if your going to eat here I advise you look at the menu online prior to coming ... 1st and last time...
