Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kendall Township

I rarely go to Dunkin, I prefer Starbucks, but I had received a gift card from one of my business customers, so I figured I’d swing through this morning to get an iced coffee & wake up wraps. The food was hot, the coffee was alright; but my biggest issue with this Dunkin is the employees’ attitudes. I always seem to get the older gentleman, who I assume may be the manager — very off-putting guy. Rushed me at the order menu, kept talking over me & assuming I wanted an English muffin? But wouldn’t just let me say I wanted a wake-up wrap. Get to the window & tell him good morning, & he makes no eye contact & shoved the bag of food into my hands. I say thank you, still doesn’t even glance or say a word, & hands me my drink & slams the window. Never saying a word. I’m giving 2 stars because the food & drink were okay, but going to Dunkin’ & starting off my day dealing with someone else’s bad attitude is not what I was looking forward to. The girls that normally work in the mornings (Monday-Friday) are amazing and sweethearts. However the young Male non-American is a very ignorant and disrespectful to customers. Worst experience I have ever had there today. Tried to over charge me multiple times for something as replacement since they were out of what I had already paid for on the app. It was a $0.90 difference in what I paid for and the item I chose to replace it. He wanted me to pay over $2 and was ripped the money ot of my hand when I was explaining the math and refused to pay more than $1.

Horrible customer service!!! I am a HUGE fan of dunkin donuts bc I love their coffee and their fun associates. I only went to this dunkin dounts place bc I take my puppy to the Yorkville Animal Hospital for check ups thats down the street. But the last two times were horrible. The coffee tasted old, like they DON'T replenish it through out the day, and the associates give you a horrible attitude. I always say Good Morning! Or Good Afternoon! But they sound like they honestly do not care. Never never am I coming back there again. I still LOVE Dunkin but not this one.
