Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kendall

This place SUCKS! They are all over the place and no one knows what to do. Every employee is either standing around, sitting down talking, or just staring off into space as if it is the first day on the job and they have no clue what they are doing. Even the manager is clueless! Please don't order a special made pizza as you will completely throw the staff off. They are trained to just make cheese and pepperoni $5 pizza's. Also, if you phone in a order be prepared to wait. We called a order in, and were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived fifteen minutes later and were told the pizza was in the oven coming out. Ten minutes after and a multitude of people standing in line, we were told it would be an additional 15 minutes after being asked what we were waiting for, for the fifth time. When we questioned the staff as to why the additional wait when twenty five minutes earlier I was told the pizza was coming out, they said, they forgot to make the pizza. SERIOUSLY? The manager never even offered an apology let alone a discount when we complained. If you get there at noon and aren't starving with any luck by dinner time you MIGHT get your pizza. I am giving one start because there is not an option to give cero! They don't answer the phone. I ended up going in person and observed 4 employees and the phones were ringing off the hook. They said 15 minutes for the order to be ready, they were only talking, talking and talking!!!. I had to wait more than 25 minutes and then my order came wrong. The name lady that took my order is Zaima A. But once I complained to them, there was a guy named Christian ( per he said, he is the Assistant Manager 😪) and he refused to do so. They do not know what customer service means, they do not have a clue!. They do not respect customers at all. Before me, there was a gentleman that his order also came wrong after waiting for half an hour. In addition, the store is not clean. All ceiling presents water stains, and also it looks dirty. the staff works manipulating money bills and coins and without cleaning their hands, they start working cutting the pizzas! I’ve been buying pizza from this location for 10 years. Ten years ago a gentleman named Manny was the manager. He had the store working like a Swiss watch and the pizza was phenomenal. My orders are usually supreme and five meat. Unfortunately corporate took Manny from this location and sent him somewhere else. Since then only one out of every five times the pizza and service has been good. I recently contacted head office and complained. Today I ordered a supreme and a five meat through the portal and when I got home the supreme had no green peppers and almost a can of sliced olives(supremes aren’t supposed to have olives). Both pizzas also seemed to have stale bread as if they took two pepperoni pizzas that had been sitting around for hours and added everything else for my order. This was...
