We went first time this past Tuesday party of 2 and we came back today Saturday 3/8/25 with party of six family that we told them that( first and foremost) food great and amazing mojitos and margaritas. Server was great first time not today.
Today we went around 5pm and empty place and lots of young girls in charge we had to wait a lot to order( but a lot) on an empty place full of girls on site. Then I order my mojito( I had to wave my hands to call the waiter) when it came was full of sugar and missing something.
Then again no one came I had to go to the bar mojito on hand and tell the bartender what happened she said ok will make you another one she did but was only ok honestly I drank it just to get it over with and not complain again. I had plans for 2 mojitos and said to myself well at least better one then 2 for my health 😀
When we finish eating no one came to pickup the plates we order dessert and plates still were on the table I even helped the waiter to collect them. I understand they are young girls (only) although she was nice, very nice but not attentive or lack experience all of them were like lost.
Going back to my first time that day (apparently) the owner was playing bartender which was amazing the most amazing mojitos I had in my life and I had many mojitos in good places. Don Chepes have the best drinks when made by owner otherwise don't.
Too bad because owner is not always there he is there randomly as waiter told me today. Ok the cherry on top today no one there and regueton music all the time and so loud!!! In other words today was a fiasco! I have to say food is great!!! Codles to the chef!!!
Experience not good, at...

Let me tell you, this is the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. I will never come back. The food was cold. All of it. From our appertizers (guac & corn) they were way too cold. As if it had just been taken out of the coldest setting a fridge has. Also, no flavor. Our entrees were horrible. I ordered shrimp fajitas, and they brought out steak. By the time they fixed the mistake, my mother had already finished eating her very dry and no flavor enchilas in green sauce. No seasoning and everything just horrible. I left about more than half of my fajitas and asked for it to go along with some sides we had ordered. The waitress said no problem. When she came back with the check and we asked about the leftovers , she said she threw them away and didn’t know we wanted to them to go. Did not take any accountability what so ever. Definitely a waste of $100. Cold food, no flavor, dry, un authentic Mexican. Plus, I ordered one of the big margaritas that come with two shots. I ordered Casamigos reposado, I only saw one shot poured as I watched them make the drink. Was pure sugar. Our waitress was Liz.
My mother and I both got sick a few hours later. I do not recommend this place to anyone. (The leftovers to go were for my brother who would eat cardboard if he had to)

Read moreWe walked in expecting a quiet Mexican dinner, the hostess was polite and asked our preference before seating us, Yamileth our waitresss was courteous and prompt to walk us through the menus, make suggestions based on our feedback, the appetizers and drinks were delicious, but the main courses were phenomenal, my husband ordered churrasco a la brasa tacos, my daughter had the al pastor tacos and I had the pulpo al pastor, believe me when I tell you, I can’t choose between the three for a favorite, they were all authentic, meat was tender and juicy, the pulpo was perfectly cooked. The margarotas are a must, yes MARGAROTAS, not margaritas , we had the passion fruit margarotas and a few shots of tequila. Now the ambiance was lovely, the music the lighting the service, overall a 10/10, we will be coming back! Thank you Yamileth for...
