Do NOT bother wasting your time contacting this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far one of the most unprofessional bakeries I have ever dealt with. I started reaching out to this place since January 25th, as my wedding date is February 22nd, in regards to a cake for my wedding date, and to no avail. Every time I called, no one answers the phone or when they do answer you’re out on hold for 10 minutes and have to hang up and call back. I was told to email so I emailed. I emailed them 5 TIMES, and got NO response. Finally when I did get a response, I got a Mickey Mouse apology and was told I would be contacted Thursday for a cake testing.. it’s now almost Sunday and I still have yet to get a response for a “cake testing” and my wedding date is literally 2 WEEKS AWAY. Needless to say, thanks to these HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL people, that I specifically chose for my special day, I’m not gonna have a wedding cake at all thanks to them. Because of them, and wasting my time waiting for them, now I’m gonna have no cake at all. Save yourself the time and heartache and find another bakery or at least have a backup so this doesn’t...

The deserts are all very good, so are the cakes and the Cuban crackers are amazing. However the service leaves a lot to be desired . There’s an Middle age /elder attendant that has a very poor attitude & bedside manner. She took our order of sandwiches & went to back to make them . We tried telling her while she made the sandwiches we ordered, we wanted to eat first some meat pastries and have our drinks served . We told her what meat Pastries we wanted & she just ignored us & went to make the sandwiches in the back . The sandwiches were terrible. The overall attitude & disposition was very poor . Yet after we paid and finished eating we decided to place another order to go of pastries which are very good there . There was two other young ladies which were very nice & the opposite of that one attendant which was so bad and so we ordered. We decided will try it again cause they have very good pastries. But will never order sandwiches which wer terrible & will avoid placing order with sour attitude attendant. Hopefully management makes positive changes when visit again . I have been going to this bakery for years now and the last few times I have done cakes with them this year theres always an issue either it doesn’t taste good or they don’t make the cake image you give them after they assure you they can do it.This last time was the worse so I decided to write this review because I have decided to say goodbye to this bakery. I gave them a cake image for my husbands birthday and they told me they can do it and when I got there the lettering on the cake/plate was to be fondant which I paid for. I get there and the letters are writing in this horrible writing and they say they can fix it and instead of the manager coming out to talk to me they decide to do whatever with the cake and messed it up even more after 45mins already waiting and late to my party. I told them forget it and they didn’t even offer a discount they just said leave the cake for a new one. It was crazy.
