This place is seriously overhyped and overpriced. I've been to several of their locations hoping for a better experience, but it's always the same—mediocre food and disappointing drinks. The wings were good, better than their Doral location but the conch fritters and cocktails were a letdown.

We tried their latest drink, something called "87," which turned out to be nothing more than a glass of Prosecco—at $15, it felt like a complete rip-off. We ordered conch fritters and were initially served mac & cheese bites by mistake. To be fair, they did remove them from the bill, but once This place is seriously overhyped and overpriced. Not the worst place I’ve ever been to, but definitely not worth the money or hype. Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I’ve been a regular customer at this place, often bringing friends and family, but my recent experience with a waitress named Milly was unacceptable and disappointing enough to make me reconsider ever returning.

From the start, Milly was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked about happy hour, instead of simply letting me know it starts at 9, she gave attitude and acted like it was a hassle to even answer. She told me, “You can’t order anything you’re gonna have to wait,” in a very blunt tone.

While placing our order, one of my friends wanted to remove some toppings, and Milly rudely told us she had already put in the order and couldn’t make changes even though we were all still mid-order. When I asked for more sauce, she refused and walked away. I also asked for plates and utensils, and she told me we’d get them when the food came out except the food did come out, and no utensils or plates were provided. I had to go inside myself just to get basic dining essentials.

To top it off, when it was time to pay, I clearly stated three times that we wanted to split the bill. As soon as I handed over the first card, Milly charged the entire bill to it. When I brought it up, she claimed saying she fixed it yet my friend still has the full charge pending on their card. If this isn’t resolved by tomorrow, I will escalate the issue.

After charging the card, Milly walked away without a word no receipt, no thank you, nothing.

It’s frustrating that one person’s behavior can tarnish the experience at a place I used to enjoy. But if this is how they treat loyal customers, I’ll happily take my...

Came in to try the wings after hearing so many rave reviews from others and wanted to go to their original location. I came during their happy hour which has great drink specials (including beer and liquor) and even some food items. I went with the Dale wings which are an absolute must out of all their flavors because it combines their special grilled with their Miami Heat sauce. I absolutely loved the flavor of them but wish they were a little crisper so probably will ask for them to be well done next time I'm here. I found it a little unusual that they didn't come with the normal 6 but only 5......I had never seen that before and for five wings it didn't seem like a phenomenal deal to me. Also, I know this is me being petty but it irritated me that my server asked if I wanted celery and carrots with blue cheese-----failing to make clear that they were an additional charge for each item. Luckily, it was only .75 but still, thats just common courtesy to inform customers of extra costs.

All in all I live close by so I could see myself returning if I was really craving some wings or in dire need for a party but probably won't be returning anytime soon because of my...
