Food is great but RUDE. I ordered a pizza 11/27/2019 thru chownow. Picasso called me, It was a lady' and said they dont have power. I said, I will cancel it. But I couldn't find the cancellation system from chownow So I couldn't. My mistake was not canceling it as soon as possible no matter what. Anyways, at that night I check my account and saw money was on hold. And today I check my account again it was gone. So I contact chownow about the order and the chownow said I am gonna call them to take care of it. Chownow said they only can refund 50 percent of the price. I called picasso. They asked me why do you call me late, what did you order. What an earth who knew they would process the payment without making it.

What did we order?
-10 piece chicken wings with a hot sauce- Out of all the pizza joints we have tried for chicken wings, these are the best. (Not as good as Pizza G's but they are closed....) the wing sauce was the spiciest available but not as spicy as I hoped. Otherwise very good. The home made Ranch was amazing and went well with the chicken.
-Gyro- Very very very very good. If you don't know what to order, definitely get this
Steak Wrap- The combination of the well cooked meat and the sauce made this an excellent wrap. They even (bake?) The wrap and it makes it excellent and crisp.
6 piece Pizza- This was good. The sauce is kinda sweet but the crust was soft and delicious. The cheese was gooey. Pretty standard in my opinion.

Ordered on Slice - while I think they probably do have phenomenal food - my experience has been less than stellar. Chicken Salad, Quattro Fromage pizza and cheescake. The cheescake had mold on it. The fries were raw (cooked them in the air fryer so it was fine) on the salad - and it was not bad. The pizza was so raw that I put it in the oven cause it did look yummy. Needless to say it didn't cook from all the liquid and it is not edible. Hope others have a better experience. To say i'm disappointed would be minimizing it - I had high hopes after the reviews. I was refunded for the cheescake (which there is NO way they didn't see the mold) but they won't refund the pizza. Supposedly they are going to deliver a new one and pick up this soggy mess. Will update.
