Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kennedy Township

We have always had good experiences at this Taco Bell except for Saturday night. We came through the drive through around 10pm. We ordered and they told us to pull into the parking space and wait. Not to mention there were about 4 cars there already. We waited about 25 minutes for our food and they brought it out and half of an almost 50$ order was missing. We pulled into the drive through line again and told them we were missing items. They chose to ignore us and we had to pull up to the window in which the worker responded with “I made it you can check the cameras” we simply just wanted our food we paid for and said we understood if there was a mix up. They told us they’d make it and to pull back around into the spot. Another 15 minutes goes by and someone finally comes back with the food. Another bag of completely random and incorrect items from what we ordered. At this point it has been almost an hour and we just decided to leave because obviously nothing was going to be fixed. Ordered regular quesadilla then noticed the cantina one ask for that one cashier said you want the regular one and that I said no just the cantina . I asked for small Pepsi . Got to window watched them dip out water in the machine guess it was broken . Got drink it was flat she offered another I said no. Get food she said thanks . I said unm and I going to get my money back for the drink she closed the window then another man came to window ask me to park ask me if I paid cash for my food . I said a card he said well it’ll take some time to refund I gotta go in the system search for your card then refund that way once I find your card . I said you know what I’ll just call the number .. like has Taco Bell changed that much or is that just an east Coast Taco Bell thing . So I can’t get my money back for a flat drink until extensive research...

4th of July..only me and another customer so they were not busy at all..I waited 5 minutes just to order..I’m assuming the one who ended up taking my order was a manager..blonde hair black young lady with tattoos..she was on her cell phone while making food..she was going in and out of the store, in the parking lot talking on her phone..after I ordered my food.. I got my tacos but was told I was waiting on my fries..ok.. well, while she was outside on the phone the fries got done and there were 2 other employees just standing there who could of gotten them..so the ‘manager’’ comes back in, on the phone, and got my fries with no gloves on..there was no napkins in the dining area and the majority of the tables were dirty..just horrible service.. I left my tray on the table on purpose so someone can clean the tables..the bathroom was...
