Starbucks — Restaurant in Kennedy Township

I think this has the potential to be a really decent Starbucks, but only it they staffed it appropriately. No exaggeration, I see SO many people step in line and step back out of line and walk away because only one person is working at many different points throughout the day. I take the bus from here every morning and would love to be a patron, but not if I have to get to the store 15-20 min early for a drink. I see other people doing the same thing, wanting a drink early in the morning (really any time of day), seeing there are already two or so people waiting while another is being served, and they walk away. They don’t even take online orders, so it’s just walk-up service and it still takes an unusually long time. It could easily be staffed with two people all day, no matter what, with a third during peak times and they would make a lot more in sales. It even has a little counter area against the wall to sit, to accommodate a lot more customers than it actually has. I rarely see anyone sitting there. My drinks have always tasted fine from here. I’ve had a couple small service issues (a forgotten food item, missing cinnamon powder on my drink, etc.) that were remedied quickly, but otherwise it’s usually good. Please, I hope someone listens to these reviews and tries to staff more people to serve the discouraged people that are trying to buy from...

I'm truly amazed at how fast this starbucks has gone downhill! I'm a regular at Giant eagle and this startbucks location and have had very few problems except for today and the last time I was here the previous weekend have both been disappointing experiences. Last weekend I came in and asked for two venti caramel ribbon crunch fraps with NO whip, EXTRA caramel and EXTRA crunch. I got two venti caramel fraps....what? Maybe the woman misheard me? Didn't want to make a scene and be that customer. Plus there was a huge line, so I just left with the drinks. Today I ordered a venti iced cafe mocha with NO whip and a mocha cookie crumble with No whip. I got a venti iced mocha and a venti mocha cookie crumble with whip. Same people working both of these times. I really don't feel like going back for a three-peat! I'm done with this location! I would have told them my drinks were wrong, but I had groceries and the service was already slow and just like last time another line. So I was not trying to wait for a remake of either drink. Today was my last purchase at this...

I have been enjoying Starbucks cold brew for the last two years and was excited a branch has opened down the road. I’m so sorry to say the cold brew is definitely not the same here. It tastes diluted at best and have given it several tries. I wish I could’ve sent my opinion directly to the owner as I follow posting poor reviews publicly. I unfortunately travel 15 more minutes to Robinson instead of Kennedy when wanting my daily...
