I only gave 1 star because that's the lowest rating possible. Would've given 0 stars if I could've. When I went there, the dude working behind the counter was some young, incredibly rude, and intolerably snobby kid. He couldn't have been more than 17 or 18 years old, not even old enough to legally purchase anything they sold. I only asked him a few very simple questions regarding their selection of e-liquids, but he acted as though I was nothing more than an inconvenient annoyance, like I was just there to pester him. His answers to my questions were very short and just entirely unhelpful. The whole time I was there, he acted as if he had far better things to do. This was even more evident when an attractive female came into the store, it became blatantly obvious that he just wanted me to leave, probably so he could flirt with her (which was in vain because she was probably old enough to be his mom). Every question I asked, the annoyance in his voice grew and his answers were increasingly preceded with a sigh of growing aggravation. This kid came off as an entitled little brat who didn't much care for working there. Must've been the owner's son or something, otherwise he probably would've been fired on his very first day of work. I had been there a couple of times before and those experiences weren't exactly all that great either, but this time was the worst. I will never go there again and to anyone reading this: go spend your money elsewhere. Even the other vape shops on Williams - like the 420 stores, despite their staff also being quite young and inexperienced - will yield a far better customer experience than Vape On and this kid's absurdly abysmal treatment of customers. This store and the staff are exceptional. Whenever I come here the worker Rick is always very welcoming and helpful. He helped me kick my cigarette addiction and transition to vaping. I wasn't always convinced that the change would help me, but after listening to Rick tell me all the toxic ingredients in my cigarettes I wanted to give it a shot. I have to say I couldn't be happier with how I feel after quitting cigarettes and its all thanks to Rick. His recommendations of flavors and devices are always spot on. He also always lets me know about new deals going on in the shop to save me TONS of money. Thanks to this store I'm saving my money...

Vape On is without doubt the best vape company in the area. With convenient locations in Metairie, Kenner and New Orleans, Vape On has a huge variety of vape-related devices and liquids. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They remember their customers and do everything possible to accommodate customer requests. It’s obvious that the ownership trains staff well, and ensures that the customer experience is top-notch.
