The owner/employee guy is RUDE. I was in here last night because the store I go to every day was complaining out of every kind of what I usually get. I figured I’d give another spot a try. I get there and they don’t have what I typically get but I figure I’ll try something new. Usually in smoke shops, you can ask questions, google products for information, compare between brands, etc. this dude literally rushes me to hurry up and buy and get out of the store because he’s “ by himself”. Ok whatever. I go back today with CASH and they’re not even open when they said it would be open. Dude pulls in an hour late. I figure I’ll just be in and out no big deal I have $200 cash this time so I’ll just hand it to him and let him keep the change. Im not even in the store for a full minute trying to remember what I had last night because I’d never seen any of these brands before. This dude has the audacity to look at me and say that I need to hurry up because he needs to clean before customers come. It’s not my problem you were late and the store wasn’t cleaned and ready to go until an hour after you opened. I’m gonna stick with my usual store and wouldn’t spend a dime in here. Sucks for you. I drop at least $600 a week on my usual stuff. If they’re so short staffed that they can’t have the time to help customers who may need help deciding what they want, they don’t need to operate as...

Nargila is truly a gem that I can’t praise enough. From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their hookah is nothing short of outstanding. The prices are very reasonable too – $17.57 during the week and $19.57 on weekends. Each hookah session delivers smooth, long-lasting enjoyment.

The food at Nargila is also a highlight. It’s consistently delicious and well-priced, making it a perfect complement to the hookah experience. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible service. Muhammad, the owner, is simply fantastic. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. For example, he once went out of his way to find me a specific type of wide, deep hookah clay bowl that I wanted.

Moody, another staff member, is equally amazing, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly. On my birthday in November, the staff surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday – it made my day unforgettable and showcased their commitment to treating customers like family.

Very nice and chill vibe. I was looking for something to do on a weekday after work. The music was a vibe and they stayed open til 2am.There was no cover charge. Hookah wasn’t expensive. Very affordable and BYOB. Mohammed, was great & had great customer service tended to my every need. I was skeptical of coming to this lounge, because I didn’t see much reviews, however I’m glad I made the stop. It was worth my time. I will definitely be back. It’s a hidden gem.
