Look, everything we've ever had here is great. My wife loves the Doritos elote, and I'm partial to the ice cream (Cookie Monster, Snickers, Superman, Strawberry Cheesecake) and the Mangonada. The treats are top notch. The people working here are sweet also, and very personable.

However, I'm giving this 3 stars as opposed to 4 or 5 because a visit here is not efficient. They help you as soon as you walk in the door, but no one mans the cash register to check people out. You order your ice cream, they hand it to you, but you're standing in line 5 people back because they still haven't checked out the people who were there before you. By the time you get to the register, your waffle cone is soggy and your ice cream is melting, forming a puddle on the floor because it's been 10 minutes since they handed it to you. You're fumbling around with your card or cash, trying to make as little mess as possible because you're now holding ice cream soup. This is every time we go.

Hand people their goodies, check them out. You shouldn't be helping customers who just walk in, ignoring the people waiting to checkout and letting the line to check out get longer. This is incredibly inefficient and wasteful, especially if you are not planning to eat the ice...

Overpriced for this location, the amount of ice cream for 10 dollars is a joke. Least amount of 50 of these franchises I’ve been too. The product is good. It seemed like being a white hit I was an inconvenience to ask for kids and to go and the English barrier was a bit upsetting to the young girl her coworker helped her out. The store is nice. She did a great job getting the corn overall 4 but over priced they don’t get it the to go is other locations large filled plastic cups I got a medium cup filled with small 3 scoops a bit disappointing I won’t be back. I could’ve gotten better at Walmart for this price and then the computer asks for a tip minimum...
