Jumbo Buffet — Restaurant in Kenner

I don't usually make a review on restaurants..I do like it read them occasionly .. I became what patron because of some of the reviews That I read.. I was told this restaurant had a very good reviews so after my Experience here. I felt it was my duty , To make a review,, This is what happened..I was told that 1 of the ladies that put the food out was new ..I saw for myself that she accidentally dropped a pan of the crab rangoon's and got them wet with the (serving table water) I made a comment to the the lady At the front desk she told me that they would replace them. while I was sitting watching waiting I saw that they never were replaced so I said something to them again and then I was told that they were replaced ..I know they didn't because I was watching and waiting for the new batch so that I might enjoy some of them. It didn't happen.. Lady at the front desk told me that they had replaced them .. I didn't believe that it happened..then I ask them graciously to show me the ones that they put in the garbage.. they show me a garbage can that had maybe 3 or 4 in it,, and they had to dig down to find some.. lol lmfao..I know it should have been 10 or 12 or more. Sitting on top of the garage. A hole pan full.. As for the food that I enjoyed it was good for that type of Establishment. So they decided to have me walk away on satisfied on Whole bad experience .. not good at all.. so having me walk away with a badd experience and having to pay the entire bill.. I was offered NO type of discount because they Felt.. they didn't do anything wrong.. Take your chances and watch you never know what people do.. happy new year's...

My family and I used to eat here once a week. The food quality has been steadily declining. Tonight was the last time we will eat here. Only 4 out of 5 of the drinks were brought to the table. I had to ask for the 5th drink. When it was brought to the table it was clearly pulled off another table. The ice was melted, condensation all over the cup and there was a straw already in it. That is disgusting. I had to specifically ask for a fresh tea. Throughout the meal we had to ask for refills. I don't expect top notch service at a buffet but this was ridiculous. I barely ate anything because the food was awful. Everything had been sitting for a very long time or was empty. Anything fried was inedible because it was hard. The Mac and cheese was separated and runny. Some of the food on the steam tables was cold. Everyone else opted for hibachi because at least they knew it was cooked recently. Leaving food out for that long and at improper temperatures is a major health code violation because it can make people seriously ill. I'm very disappointed that we won't be able to eat here anymore for fear of getting food poisoning or getting drinks off of another...

These people are very rude and make you feel like they don’t need your busines . i’m Years old customer who always ignored their waitresses” misconducts But this kind of nonsense coming from the manager/owner was unexpected. this shows the staff is well trained by the authority to disrespect and give looks to the customers . we walked in 8:40 pm the lady ( who said claims to be the one who makes rules there ) asked her to follow her to the table and then stops to warn us there won’t be more food coming in so you guys can check out the food trays before sitting . We did and they had barely anything left, we asked them how long would be able to eat for? The lady said 30 minutes so we said that’s fine we waited for her as she started to check out customers . she came to us and said oh you guys have 15 minutes . My husband asked her to clarify that he was told we could do 30 minutes. so this RUDE lady said “well it’s going to be 15 minutes now. and sorry we cannot take you we are closed. “ she went on to say she doesn’t have to serve us. This was very unprofessional of them to deal with...
