New Orleans Original Daiquiris — Restaurant in Kenner

One of N.O.'s ( Kenner) strong standing daiquiri shops. I usually stop here when I come to new Orleans just because they have the best options when it comes to daiquiri flavors. It is this place and about 3 or 4 others that are definites when it comes to daiquiri. When people speak of comparing their daiquiri to somewhere in new Orleans this will be one of the places people will ask you about. So I am glad I got to know about this place. Its usually quiet during the day but at night it can get very lively. Watch out for Kenner police dept who was waiting outside last time I went. I dont like cities that place police in places that black people frequent at nighttime. It always seems like a setup. And everybody loves this place and I've never had a problem here so I don't know why they be acting like that. Be careful but enjoy your drink too! I get the crawgator and margarita mix 😋. I will say coming in on a Tuesday and being served by Asia is the BEST customer service you will have. We’ve came four times while in town. Twice on a Monday and twice on a Tuesday both afternoon. Being from the Midwest I’m all about customer service when I spend my hare earned money. Mondays person is not only not welcoming or customer friendly her energy and non verbal body language gives the impression she hates her job and every person that walks thru the door. Now BOTH Tuesdays months apart Ms. Asia is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable of the products and what tastes good. She gives conversation and has always greeted everyone I’ve seen come in with a smile. She needs to either run the store and teach your employees what GREAT customer service is my one star review is solely on my Monday...

Visited this spot near the airport just before my flight! Welcoming and friendly staff offer three samples and answer questions on the daquari drink flavor samples. Various drinks available besides daquaris. Daquaris meet your expectations for alcohol, but sever get by with an added ingredient of plenty rum. Appealing colors and smart layout use of three spaces: 1st space has bar counter for ordering but not drinking with gaming machines on one side and music box on tbe other; the 2nd space has a pool table with surrounding tables; 3ed space has tables for eating or drink too.
