It’s always an uber fun time here! I love their laser tag experience and I’m a grown person- so, I’m sure your kid will love it too. I take my son as often as I can and we battle it out. I love how we can now save our stats on our yellow wrist bands and personalize our gaming experience for the stat board. Then, you can scan your wristband to add your personalized name to your laser tag vest and to play arcade games too! Ah! Im geeking! 🤓 yeah I’m THAT parent. I’m not for standing around and just watching my kid play- I like to meet him at his level and spend some quality time with him- I’d highly recommend this place for those type of interactions. The bowling is pretty cool too- and the prices are worth it because I can reserve my own lane ahead of time and there’s comfortable clean seating around the alley if you order food and drinks. The ambience has a nice vibe and it’s very laid-back. But, let me just RAVE about their Brussels sprouts for a minute - OMG- I can eat two orders of those scrumptious caramelized bacon-y eukaryotes in one sitting! TRY THEM! it will be the best $7 you spend in your life- if you like veggies. They get four stars because, for my son’s birthday, I wanted to celebrate it here but they didn’t have their birthday party packages together yet. I think if you’re running a game venue & offer those type of services on your website, then you should have all of that organized prior to the grand opening. But I never ran that type of business, so what do I know?🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways, we weren’t “allowed” to bring decorations or a cake to blow out his candles, unless we paid for their costly suite- which would’ve been okay- if I didn’t have the prospect of sharing it with random strangers. Don’t get me wrong- I don’t mind sharing the space with random strangers- but I can do that just fine without the hefty price of a suite. Idk the whole thing was weird. Long story short: we reserved a regular lane, we bowled, we ate, we had a ton of fun- and afterwards- we went out to the parking lot and had a simple mini tailgate party to blow out the candles on my son’s cake. 🎂 One thing my momma taught me was improvisation. 👌🏼 So, we made it work! But I think they’re now offering birthday packages, so I don’t think this should be an issue anymore. Overall, it has been a good experience, so far. I think they’ve been open for maybe about a year, now? The staff is always friendly and supportive. The food is always hot and delicious. As long as it continues to be a clean and safe environment and not start to be another sticky Chuckie Cheese or busted Dave & busters - I will continue bringing my kid and myself here to game. 😁

Not a fan. The older laser tag was more personable. This place just gave a stuck up vibe from its employees. Walked in on Tuesday with 12 people with a cake for my son's birthday and immediately was told we couldn't bring a cake in and not even a hi, how are you at first. Please teach your employees customer service. (Also, I would have made a reservation for a party if they were taking reservations.) They did hold our cake so because we were about to turn around and give them no money, if they did not. They were out of a lot of stuff my guests were ordering. They were completely out of desserts and the food took forever to come, even though we were pretty much the only ones eatting. And guess what, even with no desserts, they wont let us eat the cake in there... Was told the 15 year old, birthday boy son couldn't throw the axes... Another disappointment was the arcade was so much smaller. I do want to highlight one employee went above and beyond to get help to figure out a specific game of laser tag for us to play - Combat Colors. The laser tag part was fun. On a sour note, we literally had to eat the cake in the parking lot at the end of the night. Here's pics us cutting the cake on the trunk...

Update: Owner who is Local Businessman called me and promised things will improve. Hard times, hands tied bec of operational hiccups but should smooth out in few months. In the meantime I’m hopeful to see things here success as it’s a beautiful facility. My review before speaking with owner stands but I’m hopeful to see things improve and give a second chance in near future. Shiny New Building operating with an “Empty Soul.” I will come back to share details of my bad experience. Until then Please take note our entire party after spending $900 and being Loyal customers for 8-9 yrs had to move to the curb outside into the parking lot. This establishment is a disgrace to local (formerly loyal customers) and has lost site of customer service and lacking in leadership. May be a good idea to consider spending hard earned $$$ elsewhere or hold onto it until the Drew Brees newly revamped Surge Entertainment Opens up down the street in the near future.

I've been here MANY times. The staff almost knows me by name. This place is great. The arcade prices have gone up a bit since I've been going, but that's the price of doing business. With that being said, I've never had a problem with the staff, the facilities, or any arcade game. The staff is quick to help, courteous, polite, and easy going. The only time I've seen them become not any of these things is when a customer treats them horribly. Even then, they are very tempered about it. My compliments to their training. So if you ever read how horrible the staff is at this place, rest assured, the poster of the review was the one being horrible.

The arena is the best in town. I've been to the other place in Harahan, and I won't go again at all. Here, the arena is open, with a second level accessible via four different ramps. There are 6 bases to shoot, 5 depending on your color, available extras on the walls, and power-ups have been added to two spots. Lastly, the observation deck, for those who just want to watch the action, is actually an observation deck. You can see almost everything going on. And if you want to have a little fun, there are stations on the deck, for 10 credits, for you to shoot green lasers at the players below.

The equipment is also far superior to others in town. It's easy to use, responsive, vast majority of the time, and unless your opponent has invulnerability active, you take a person down in one shot. The vests give you feedback on how you're doing, what you're doing, and what your status is (Invulnerability, rapid fire, stealth, etc). Plus, there are many styles of game play available to you. The staff is always willing to change the game up, if everyone is willing to go along with it.

Finally, the monthly specials. I really enjoy the monthly specials. During the summer, spring break, mainly near the holidays, they have either the $20 all you can play from 12-5 sometimes 11-4, or the $23 (might be $29) special which is five games of laser tag, plus a ride in the spin zone. It's kinda like bumper cars, but you spin around. There are weekly specials all month long. Can you say half off arcade game Thursdays? And sometimes specials for the month itself. All in all, there's something for everyone here. There's no questionable music, the moment there is I won't be going back, clean TV programs playing, and game packages available everyday. Plus birthday parties, private parties,...

Hey y'all it's "G" This might be a long one, but reading is fundamental lol...This was a family 9yr anniversary date with my husband and 2 daughters. I ate a Swiss burger with fries, husband had a burger of sort, toddler ate red beans, my oldest had wings...THEM FRIES ARE AWESOME!The beans remindedme of a more fresher version of Popeyesif you like Popeyesbeans they were good and fresh.! My Swiss burger as well!! Now some of you all have encountered my reviews before I'm very cut and dry. Now let's start with the price whiners lol DON’T GO HERE,!! OR ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE PENNY PINCHING!!! All 4 of us got a cool package deal and we all had our OWN gaming cards the tickets we won spinning the big wheel the little one got those she traded dor some cool stuff....full of cool prizes....very upscale. We went in the ticket shop and it's neat and clean, this entire place is beautiful! In Kenner! EVERYONE INCLUDING THE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY PLEASANT!! We live in New Orleans, but I prefer Jefferson Parish's response time lol. This place is a family thing and probably for the 4 of us all together I guess $150 ish probably less this is food and games for 4 people. Also, we seemed to have played everything, but at some point, my oldest daughter and I got hooked on that darn machine that you have to cut the wire on to drop the prize lmao..lolol...In my Justin Wilson voice....."I Guarantee" lol we will be back a few more times. See y'all there!! P.S. The AC work and probably one ski ball machine wasn't dropping balls...I forgot to mention to staff, but it's totally not worth anyone complaining!! This place is a whole vibe!! NO GROUCHY PEOPLE ALLOWED, IMPATIENT, PICKY, OR CHEAP LOLOL HAVE SOME FUN...COOL RELAX. If it helps, I was able to watch my toddler pretty good, but once my 6yr old got on that motorcycle leaning and turning I was too giggly lol. She can't...
