Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Kenner

This place has terrible service and the workers don’t want to do their job! We ordered inside, we were the only ones in there besides this guy who ordered after us. I noticed that the guy wanted to get his order taken at the counter but the worker insisted that he use the kiosk. And when he said that he doesn’t know how to use it, they said “Okay well you’re gonna have to wait.” I thought that was rude. He also got his food way before us like 20 minutes before. We were waiting and waiting for 30 to 35 minutes and the workers said they were waiting on the fries but once we finally got our order, the fries were cold and not fresh at all. So they were definitely not waiting on fries. Also the biscuits were very hard. Other locations have softer and more buttery biscuits. This was the first time i’ve gotten a hard, un-fresh biscuit in a while. They also messed up my sandwich. I got the bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and I got just cheese and pickles. We told them that they forgot the bacon and this lady had an attitude saying, “I know I put everything on there!” And then she finally said i’ll just make another one, of course with an attitude and dirty looks. Other than all of that, most of the food was good, like the red beans and the sandwiches. DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES. Very rude, they give dirty looks, and it seems like they don’t want to...

March 1, 2024....went through the drive thru. Ordered a 6 peice wing combo. The girl asked me what flavor I wanted and I stated no flavor. I also said I want plain wings. She asked me what kind of drink and I said Root Beer, she sated there is no Root beer. I then said Dr. Pepper and she said, you want a Coke. I said no I want a Dr. Pepper, she again said you want a Coke and again I said no I want a DP. She then came back with we don't have DP do you want a Coke and I said no I will take a lemonade. Got to the window and she took me money and gave me the drink and said pull up. She was very RUDE. We pulled up behind a car in the same lane...next to that car was another vehicle. Which caused me to be trapped in. Someone brought out the food for the car that was next to the car that I wad behind. Then someone else brought out the food to the car that was behind me in line, then someone else brought out the food to the car in front of me. Then I finally got my food. I asked why did the car behind me get their food first and RUDE girl said, because I got wings and not the chicken that was already cooked. So to top all that off the order was wrong, we got Spicy wings and I asked for plan wings with no seasoning. Why is it that people don't care? I will not go back to...

I recently visited this Popeyes location and was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. After ordering through the drive-thru and discovering a missing meal upon arriving home, I returned to the restaurant to resolve the issue.

Upon entering, I was met with a chaotic scene. Multiple employees were present, yet none seemed actively engaged in fulfilling orders or assisting customers. I waited for an extended period without acknowledgment, prompting me to place an order through the self-service kiosk.

During this time, I observed several concerning behaviors. One employee took an extended break, leaving their station unattended. Another employee returned from smoking a cigarette without changing gloves, raising serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, I witnessed another employee sitting on the floor behind the counter, engaging in personal activities before returning to work without washing their hands.

The combination of poor customer service and questionable sanitary practices significantly detracted from the dining experience. I urge Popeyes management to address these issues and ensure a more positive and hygienic environment for...
