Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kennesaw

Honestly the absolute worst dunkin I've ever been to in my life. I ask for a iced coffee regular cream and sugar and I get a cup full of cream. The manager or who I think is the manager walks around doing absolutely nothing except sits there and jokes around with his employees. They will have 6 people in there and 2 people actually working. The service is the worst I have ever seen and not only that but the food is awful to at least if I wait that long I would like the food to be right and it never is. I don't understand how it takes 15 20 mins to emake a coffee and hash browns. Management clearly needs to be changed because the management is awful I actually had the manager (while it was busy) give his buddy who was behind me and two other people in line his food and coffee before his friend even ordered so all us in line were obviously upset because we had been waiting for someone to take out order for 10 minutes and then the manager comes up and gives his friend who had not ordered yet his food because he knew what his friend wanted. I have never had such a problem with a dunkin I have been going there every morning for 2 3 weeks hoping it would get better and it's just the same or worse every time. I have not once had good service at this dunkin and even the people standing next to me in line are always upset and say the same thing that they have been waiting for 20 mins for a coffee I wish there was another dunkin near me so I didn't have to go to this one but it looks like I'll be going to the Starbucks down the street from now on who gives outstanding service and is always quick. Worst Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to! The food is not bad, on the rare occasion that they actually get your order right. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for over a year now (since I started my job that is conveniently located right past this location on Kennesaw 75 Pkwy at Jiles Rd.) I always get the SAME order and even though I've talked to both managers and the owner, no one can manage to figure out how to make a bagel with cream cheese. I can go to ANY other Dunkin Donuts in the area and get exactly what I ordered, but when I come here, i pay extra for the extra cream cheese I ordered and they still skimp on the amount i'm given. Below are pictures of the bagel from my most recent visit -- i ordered a toasted bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and this is what i received. This is less than a normal amount when going anywhere else. I have been repeatedly told that changes will be made and nothing ever changes as I am still receiving this. Last week when my order was wrong again (i even ordered a cup of cream cheese on the side and didn't receive that), I said i was going to corporate next because apparently no one at this location really cares about customer service. All I ask is that I get what i pay for -- i pay for extra, i should be getting extra, but this is SUB-PAR and crappy service.

*Note to the employees/managers: i get that you work fast food and it's not an ideal career, but you'll never amount to much if you don't make the best of whatever situation you are in. Just because it's not the best job, does not mean you shouldn't do your best for...

This is the worst run location on the planet!!!! They are always out of everything! The manager who works early mornings is so rude. Ordering food is comical and so gross. The grilled cheese wasn’t toasted on one side and the cheese was just slapped in the middle ice cold! The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I made an online order and went to pick it up only to be told they couldn’t fulfill the order because they were out of glaze!!! Imagine being an eatery where all you sell is basically donuts and you can’t even do that right!??? I was told to contact customer service for a refund since the order was done through the app. I did just that and customer service told me they have received multiple complaints about this location and I was given the wrong information. They should have refunded my order themselves. I was told the store manager would be contacting me. Needless to say, two weeks went by and no one bothered to contact me and I never received a refund for my order that was paid for but did not receive. I will avoid this location like the plague. Sad that they are located in a great area near schools and the biggest master planned community in the state. They really don’t deserve such a popular placement.
