This is the Absolute Worst Grocery Store Ever (no exaggeration). Not only is this the worst Kroger, it’s the worst grocery store—it’s worse than piggly wiggly, Food Depot, you name it. It never once in more than a year has had all of my shopping items (never— not once). They love to run sales on items they don’t have. You are purposefully invisible to the deli counter— even when there aren’t other customers. You can’t ever find an employee (or if you do, they have earbuds in or again purposely ignore you). They have about 20 self-service checkouts, but you are guaranteed to trip the machine and “need to call attendant” multiple times to finish checking out. The attendant will be texting or listening to earbuds (haha). So, wait in line for the cashier. Great. Put all your like items together (frozen together, meats together, cleaners together, produce together) on the belt to ease it up for the bagger— though most likely you’re the bagger… (haha). If you find yourself getting a bagger, know that the universe is smiting you. They what must be intentionally bag one item from each of your nicely separated categories— together! (Haha). Cleanliness—rotfl (but not at Kroger— it’s way too filthy). Need a shopping cart? Look no further than— well, just keep looking. Try rummaging around the parking lot until you spot one. In all seriousness, I can’t fathom how a store can be so terrible.

This Kroger is basically one step above "Murder Kroger" with the only thing missing being the murder... they regularly don't re-stalk the shelves for commonly purchased items. You can also expect a 30 minute checkout if you shop after 10 PM because they shut all but 3 self-checkout ailes down. Furthermore, management refuses to provide the names of their superiors so the issue will remain. Why does the line go all they way to the deli?!?!? Go elsewhere!

A decent Kroger location. I love how they have the free fruit for children and discounted bananas when they get really ripe. The customer service is always good at this location. I never had a bad experience here that I can remember. They sell great vegan, vegetarian, and paleo grocery items. They have good sushi! Overall, it was a good experience, and you most likely won't regret shopping at this location.

Would like to let R H O D A, rhoda that I feel sorry for her. Apparently she is so ignorant of cigarettes and gasoline. Or maybe she just doesnt like white people, or is just a salty person... but, ultimately, she turned my gas off while I was smoking a cigarette. Refused to refund my money, forced me to drive to the main store and talk to a manager and get the manager (who deserves 10 stars) to pay for my additech engine additive out of her own pocket, and ended up giving me more gas than I paid for. (tried to give her the $4.17 that went above what I prepaid for). That manger deserves a higher position. A pay raise and a better staff. She went above and beyond.way beyond. Very nice and extremely pleasant. I wish many blessings to you and yours.

Now, rhoda. R H O D A on the other hand. To you I say this. Please please please watch a YouTube video of ANYONE trying to ignite gasoline with a cigarette. ANYONE. dont be mad at the world. You are where your at because that's where you want to be. That is truth. You have the power to get out of that little glass box at the gas station. I dont. The extremely nice manager doesnt. Just you. And before you go crazy thinking or saying I'm a racist, or bigot or whatever, know this. My wife is black, I am ginger, my sons is half and half. I have the same fears you do for my son and wife that you have for yourself. But do not take out your trouble and personal baggage on other people. Again. It's you. It always will be you until you change yourself. Your attitude, and your beliefs. Now, for the customers... if you see R H O D A at the little glass box while pumping gas... either be black, not smoking( for fear of blowing up the gas station... smh and slap myself in the face) or have a job offer that gets R H O D A out of her little glass box... the just leave and come back later. Because that woman is mad.. mad at whatever and will direct it towards you.

Rhoda, you suffered me, my wife and my 7 month old son an inconvenience. You cost your manager $7.99of her own money for your selfish act. Had her perform extra work due to your lack of knowledge. You should thank her for her selfless act to save your job. I thank her for going above and beyond. All I wanted was my 7.99 that you wrongfully took. I hope you learn. I believe you are ignorant. (Which means that you ARE capable of learning) and not stupid (which means that you are NOT capable of learning). Take this time to help yourself. Be a productive person instead of another ignorant person the world will have to carry. My thoughts go out to you. I hope you learn. And for the love of GOD and everything he created. Please watch a video on gasoline and cigarettes. Stop believing what you see in the movies and tv...

I will be calling the manager tomorrow to discuss this situation. Most likely I will not be shopping at kroger again. If I do, it will be because of...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been shopping here for nearly 5 years, always my go to store, and this is the worst that is has ever been. I noticed that it started to get a little rough about 2 3 years ago but never expected to see it like this. You've got the cart racks over flowing into parking lots, both parking lot and lobby trash cans so full there's trash on top of the trash can and on the floor, dirty unvacuumed lobby, random carts all around the store, blocking registers and walkways with rows of carts, empty unrecovered store but figured it was truck day with all the pallets in every aisle and back of store, not swept, and the list goes on. What was the topper for me was when they decided to drive customers out by falsely using the security bag check announcement to drive out paying/shopping customers because you want to close the store. It was 12:40, an associate make the typical "store will be closing in 20 minutes" announcement. Five minutes later, an automated security bag check for a certain section came on, followed by a male associated from the top floor yelling to an associate in the aisle next to me that he was going to do a security check to which the associate on the floor replied in a nonchalant sarcastic attitude, "Alright, make sure you bring backup." What made me so mad is the fact that I was the only one in the store! I saw the other customers at the self checkout and leave with my own eyes, I was shopping near the doorway and saw no one come in. This is the worst Kroger I have ever been to in my life and I am not exaggerating because I am a store manager in retail, I understand wanting to go home and cash out, but it was obvious you were doing overnight stock so there was no point for that announcement unless you just hate customers, then you're in the wrong business. There are some people that are forced to shop late because they work in retail and have to clean their own stores and have to cook dinner for their families. I know the difference between a tough clientele and a poor management and team. Your staff does not care, they have no customer service, they stand at the self checkout gossiping and completely ignoring customers, your sales floor associates have no customer service, they either don't speak to you and give you stares because you're still in the store or they're walking with a "recovery" cart with a tablet and headphones in. Give me a break and get...

The worst kroger ever.

This has been my kroger for over 11 years. I know the guy that works on the self checkouts and he is outstanding has been working there since I moved here.

I did a pickup last year and they gave me rotten broccolli. I didn't say anything just chucked it to whatever.

Did another pickup this year. This time they gave me ROTTEN lettuce and an expired bag of chips that were marked down when they charged me full price and an erroneous bottle of a flavored item.

I went and spoke to the manager Eric. I did exactly what i didnt wanna do. Go inside the store. I told him giving rotten food to people wasn't okay or hygienic. He gave me a store credit and replaced my products. He was nice and I told him I would continued shopping there but I would just shop inside.

On March 6th I went and did a grocery shop myself. We picked up some steaks fast. Two weeks later I thawed the steaks and realized that the steaks had already expired PRIOR to me purchasing them. March 3rd. So these people keep leaving expired products, including MEAT, which is flat out dangerous and could cause food poisoning. I went back. I asked to speak with him (store manager) and he was there but he sent a manager instead. She was so rude and unhelpful. All she could say it was the employees fault and that they'd get better training. Just like ERIC had said previously.

I'm never coming back to this kroger again. It's a shame 5 mins from my house and I really like the man who's friendly who has been working there for over 11 years. He's the only person who is worth the money they pay him.

Oh. And they expect you to do self checkout of 150 bucks worth of items and unless you ask they won't open a register especially late at night.

Completely gone downhill. A store manager who doesn't care, let's their meat expire and sells it, shoves rotten food into your pickup order and it continues to happen.

I will probably travel to Townelake all the way from Kennesaw.

Disgusting and dangerous. Robbery at 530 as well on a weekday.

The extra star is for their Star employee at...
