Had enough unsatisfactory experiences here to not dismiss them as exceptional flukes. So today (12/21/2018) My wife ordered a Triple McGriddle stack for me and a cheese and bacon biscuit for her. Wife gets home and her part of the order is wrong (they gave her a bacon and cheese McGriddle). I offer to drive back to the location and get it sorted out. I walk in with the incorrect item and receipt and explained they got the order wrong. Cashier goes around the corner with the incorrect item and receipt and a few seconds later sticks his head around and I think I hear him say "Bacon and cheese?". I reply back, "Yes, biscuit." I thought I would emphasize the biscuit part since that's the aspect of the order they got wrong. He comes back with a bag and hands it to me. I thank him and walk out the door. When I get in the truck, I inspect the item and it's a Bacon and Egg biscuit. I'm like, "Whaaaaaat?" But because I had no receipt anymore and I had no way to prove he said "Bacon and cheese" when confirming the correction inside, I decided to just go through the drive through and order a bacon and cheese biscuit. It was more important to make my wife happy than pursue it any further. I drove up to the outer of two drive through lanes and there was a white truck already ordering in the left order lane. I wait....wait....wait...white truck in lane to my left moves to the pay window and I'm thinking it's my time. No one comes on the intercom. Then a black Pathfinder drives up in the other lane where the white truck just finished their order and still no one calls on the intercom in my lane. I'm thinking maybe they closed it down but didn't indicate that. So I drive around and get in the left order lane behind the Pathfinder. 3-4 minutes go by and it feels inordinately long for an order to be taken. The Pathfinder finally moves and I inch forward...but then the Pathfinder leaves the parking lot. By all appearances, no one assisted the customer in the Pathfinder and he/she just gave up. I'm at the order board and I wait about 30-45 seconds and no one takes my order. Then a small red pickup gets in line behind me so that's when I decided to honk my horn. Finally about 15 seconds later a woman comes on and takes my order. The same guy who inside handled my incorrect order hands me my wife's bacon and cheese biscuit with a bit of a confused look. I didn't bother to explain. I thanked him again and drove off. I get home and explain this adventure to my wife and then I finally take MY order out of the bag from when she originally ordered...AND THEY GOT THAT WRONG TOO! I had ordered a McGriddle Triple Stack and they gave me a McMuffin Triple Stack. I wasn't going to go back out to McDonald's again because the whole experience was insanely absurd at this point. Given how so much went wrong with the experience, I had to post this. Seriously, the owner and/or managers need to get things straightened out at this location. Have some pride in your work because there is no evidence that it's...
Read moreThis location has horrible service, I went through the drive thru and got a 20 piece chicken nugget, fries, and 2 drinks. We specifically mentioned that we wanted a couple sweet and sour sauces, and the girl informed us that she’d have to upcharge us. We asked how many we could have without being upcharged. She gave us a number, we said “ok we’ll do that many”. Then after ordering fries she proceeded to tell us our total, as if she couldn’t wait to get us out of the line. So we finished ordering. Upon arriving at the pick up window, we were literally handed our food, no words exchanged until we said “have a good night” and that was it. After checking our bag, I realized we had not been given any sauce, which might I remind you, we had an entire conversation about while ordering. So we go to walk into the restaurant to grab it and go, but for some absurd reason, the dining area was closed at 7:45 PM??? So we get in the horribly long drive thru line for a 2nd time. When we kindly tell the girl that we just would like sauce because they forgot it our first time around, she laughs as she says “okay”. When we must sit at the pay window due to the held up line, no one’s there so imagine if we had to pay?? We proceed to the pick up window once again and we sit there for 5 minutes without being addressed. My roommate honks, and the employee yells at her through the window, that they’re waiting on our food. However, that cannot be, considering we ordered none. So she asks him to open the window to talk to her and she tells him the situation and he rudely grabs sauce and throws it into her hands. From now on, I’ll be driving a further distance to the more expensive McDonald’s...
Read moreI personally worked here and all of these reviews, in my opinion, are being too nice about how it is run here. The people there don't care in the least about the customers and its not uncommon for the management and crew members to curse at and get an attitude with the customers and each other. One review here said its as if they get no training. Thats pretty accurate. When I first started, they sat me infront of a computer and when I'd ask for help on how to make some of the specialty drinks, I got yelled at and had my job threatened a large number of times. The cooks alot of times leave either the bun out of a burger or the meat and then laugh about with their little friends. All of the good people that worked there have left because of the horrible management and the workers. I myself had to leave because I was screamed and cursed at for things such as not making coffee because I was told I didn't have time and then they yelled at me because there was no coffee. They changed my schedual without notifying me and then the store manager, Erica, would tell me it my job to come up there everyday to check it to make sure. It got so bad, I was unable to do my job properly. Having racist remarks thrown at me and snide comments and bad attitudes because I treated the customers like royalty. This is the worst store I have ever been to and I currently work at another that is much better. There is a mcdonald's about a mile from this one, so take your money to someone who actually cares about their job and...
